I ordered an entire cheese pie at 1am for my friends and I - I paid my $50.60 bill and I waited about 10-15 minutes for the white girl with long brown wavy hair working the cash register to tell me with a serious attitude “you didn’t order a pie and if you ordered online you need to go to the back of the line and wait like everyone else.” When I clearly had already placed my order in person with her after waiting in line like everyone else. I calmly responded that I definitely did order a pie and that I was just waiting. She proceeded to make a scene and asked me to prove my purchase while I was approached by a different employee who also tried to tell me I didn’t order a pie and needed to get back in line. I showed the guy my bank account and of course there was my $50.60 charge from bennys. There was no apology given and I was just given a pie after waiting extra time and being publicly embarrassed in front of the entire packed restaurant. I’ve been to bennys plenty of times and generally the staff is super friendly regardless of the time of day!! I’ve never had this type of experience and the unnecessary rudeness from these 2 employees definitely...

We stopped in to Benny Ravello's for an early dinner slice in November 2024. My first impression was of a run down hole in the wall. The restaurant had a pretty funky odor. It didn’t give us the feeling of cleanliness. Anyway, the employee at the counter seemed bothered by our wanting to purchase their product. But we ignored the less than friendly encounter and still ordered. We each ordered one slice with one topping at a cost of $6.50 each. Yes it seemed quite expensive. But to be fair, the slices were quite large. The downside was that the pizza’s taste kind of matched the atmosphere. I would compare it to Little Caesar’s. It was eatable, but not all that enjoyable. I ate my whole slice, but would not have ordered a second if I was still hungry. The wife ate less than half. Obviously she was less forgiving than myself. I was only visiting and will not be frequenting this establishment. But if I was local, more than likely, I would look for...

My girlfriends and I were out and we stopped by to get some pizza before heading home. The “crowd control” representative was very rude and nasty and spoke to me as if I were a second class citizen. This alone made me feel that I shouldn’t be patronizing this business. There are hard working people in the world who should not have to be spoken to like a second class citizen just to get a slice of pizza. I was totally turned off and I felt completely disrespected. Please have people in your establishment who treat everyone as if they deserve to be there. I hope and pray that proper training is done when it comes to this young man because he needs to understand that customers deserve the upmost respect. If you are out on a Friday or Saturday night, do NOT stop here! The first person to greet you will leave a bad taste in your mouth and ruin your night. I’m sorry, but pick better people to...

Delicious pizza. Huge slices, $5.50 for cheese, $6.50 for sausage or pepperoni or , $6.75 for special of the day. It was sweet n spicy bacon and sweet n spicy veg that night. Fast friendly staff, nice drinks. If they sold beer it would all be too perfect. They have Jones soda and a Hugh quality blueberry soda as well, classic brands also, water for a 1$, sides of marinara, garlic sauce, ranch. Whole pies start at 35$ they are humongous. Only sell pizza, and chips. Nice concept and again tasted delicious, sauce crust and cheese, nice texture as well. Open late after many resturaunts close, it may get packed but the line moved fast and the limited seating clears up fast, people eat and go.
