After 15 minutes of waiting on the patio in the hot sun, this thing of water was the only thing we experienced. The hostess, aka waitress, said I will be right back, didn't ask if we wanted a beer before poofing.....10 minutes later a waitress came out, chatted with a table of 8 young guys, asking if they needed drinks, conversed for another 5 minutes about where they drank last night, should go that evening, etc....looked at us and walked back inside as I was trying to flag her down. 2 or 3 minutes later, we got up to leave, walked thru the bar area, where 4 employees were conjugated at the end of the bar talking and playing with their phones....i looked at the HOSTESS/waitress and told her 15 minutes was my max with water only......she looked SHOCKED.
slow service is possible and acceptable occasionally in a tourist town. had the establishment been crowded, I would have understood....when we left there was 1 table of 8 outside and 4 people sitting at the bar....12 TOTAL. the excuses we hear these days is employees are hard to get....they had employees, they just were not working. this is disappointing, I have been here before and had really good service, maybe it was because I had my 86 year old mother with me, Instead of my young...

When she reached out to Dispensary and confirmed with one of the staff (Nelson) that she was overcharged she was told to reach out to the manager. The manager told her she would need to process the claim with her credit card company in order to get a refund. This will be harder to do seeing as how it was a debit card. It surprises me that a newer business would take this route with local customers who would likely spend more money at the business in the future, and will certainly share their experience with other people in the area. No offer of a simple refund or gift card which I would consider standard...
