I wish there was an option for no stars as this was an awful experience. Waitress was rude, and clearly appeared irritated when I informed her there was a bug in my water. She said oh I’ll get more and I said no thank you. Two minutes later a gentleman slammed water on my table stating here is your water. I should have followed my first mind to exit however, because I live in the building I wanted to give it a try in the event I could dine there out of convenience. Unfortunately, that will never happen. Here’s why: My food arrived and the rude waitress asked if I wanted anything else. Well I asked for skim milk and received whole milk however, based on her response to the bug in my water I made no effort to exchange for skim milk. Finally, I asked for butter and syrup for my pancakes. I received butter and syrup which I promptly put on my pancakes. Noting a strange taste, I realized the waitress had given me a bottle of sugar free syrup. When I asked if they had regular syrup she seemed quite confused. At this point it was strike 3, I asked for the check, paid it quickly and decided never to grace the doors of Eggs Inc. ever again even though I can roll out of bed and be there in 2 minutes. What a waste of time and money since I departed and left my entire meal uneaten...

Normally never leave a bad review but this experience just rubbed me the wrong way. Went in with family for Sunday breakfast, place was not packed. Food was decent, left a standard tip for the waitress and left. I check my credit card and saw that I had been overcharged for my meal. I thought it must be a mistake and called Eggs Inc. and asked why I had been charged extra and if they could refund the extra amount. They said no they couldnt refund the card (BS) and that I'd have to come in and collect cash, thinking I wouldn't do it. Luckily I live right next door and came to pick up the cash and the manager treated me like I was a criminal and cheapstake, scouling at me with disdain. Normally I wouldn't care about a few dollars but this was about the principle of the thing...don't like being swindled by people thinking customers wont notice. Really appauling and will be calling the BBB since this definitely didnt seem accidental. I'd pay in cash if youre going here so they dont overcharge your card....I guess there was a reason this place was empty for...

Extreme disappointed in my order. I came to this place as a had a doctor's appointment during my lunch time (I'm 8mths pregnant with twins). Since I wanted something quick I can take back to the office I ordered a Mandarin/Mango salad. I get my food & take an Uber back to the office; super excited to try out the salad as it looked like it would be yummy based on the menu & aside from starving. I get to the office, opened up my meal & was completely disappointed as it was nothing like what it read on the menu. The salad didn't have mandarins or strawberries, it had blue cheese (which I don't eat), dried cranberries & it also had tomato which I don't mind but it was not on the menu. I paid $15 (because I added chicken for a salad I couldn't eat since it had crumbled blue cheese all over. It's not like I could take it off. I'm also left without lunch or food so now I have to wait till 5pm when I get off work to eat food & for a pregnant person with twins it's a...

This was recommended to use by a family member so we decided to give it a shot, and are very happy that we did! Our server was very nice and food came out quick! There was no wait when we arrived, as there was only two other tables at that time with people. I got the bacon chicken sandwich, which comes with cheddar and standard toppings, although I was offered mayo on the side (which I would recommend!) And it came with a soup, which I chose chicken noodle! The walk was quite far from our hotel, but the way there was super pretty, as you pass by *a ton* of shops (although they are all pretty rich shops for our blood 😅 ie. Gucci, YSL, Lamborghini???) Anyway! Glad we went, and the price for the great quality of food and the amount you get was very pleasing! 💞✨

Family owned no frills place in Chicago, hidden away in an apartment complex. Service was super nice, we really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere away from the buzz of the city. We ordered an omelette with a side of stuffed lemon and blueberry pancakes. The omelette was decent, nothing fancy, but we also didn’t expect that. The side of pancakes was rather small and I really do not know why my lemon pancakes were topped with an orange slice - it absolutely doesn’t go with the lemon flavour and overpowers it. I really do recommend using lemons instead or just blueberries. I would also like the hash browns to be more browned. Service is definitely 5 stars, unfortunately the food was not, might be back to give it another try some time.
