If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my son a personal pan pizza and when I opened the pizza box there was a long black hair covering almost every slice. I brought it back and asked for a new one. After waiting at least 10 minutes I asked if I should be listening for an order number to be called when the pizza was ready, because I didn't have one. I'm not sure if she misunderstood me, but her reply was they put the pizza at the end of their list because it wasn't one of the cook's hairs. I said I'm not blaming the cook, but it's someone's hair and it's not mine or my son's. She started to argue with me then said it was my hair! And because of that the pizza is last on their list. The hair was very clearly long, straight and black which is the opposite of my hair. Not only did this place make a little kid wait an unnecessarily long time for his food, she had the nerve to start an argument with me. I agree it wasn't the cook's hair, it was hers! This is probably the worst (and overpriced) place...

Staff members Max and Kyle are very rude. My Christian Summer Camp came to the beach and over 100 children spent money at this establishment. On our departure a few kids asked for water and they gave them water for FREE up until the last child. They decided to give this child a hard time and make her pay. Apparently they were not supposed to give free water in the first place. If that was the policy, then every child should have had to pay. In addition to their rude attitudes and smart remarks, I was told that I should go get water in the back for free as if we were in the days of segregation. Again, I was defending a child and was not trying to get water for myself. As a regular visitor of Clearwater Beach I was disgusted by the way this child and I were treated. Called the manager Austin and he didn't care about how his employees handled...

I went for an ice cream on a Sunday afternoon and forgot my camera in the counter but I realized that after 4 days. They not only have kept safe my camera but also they did their best to send it back to me as I was no longer in Clearwater. I couldn't be more grateful to this team and especially to David! Thank you very much for your kindness and integrity. By the way, the coconut ice cream...
