Wow, just wow! Stopped into Jake's Pizza at 130 Public Square for lunch today and was completely blown away. First off, Eman provided absolutely fantastic service! He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. He made excellent recommendations and kept our drinks topped up without us even asking – a true gem!
And the pizza? DELICIOUSdoesn't even do it justice. We got a classic pepperoni and the crust was absolute perfection – thin, crispy, and had that perfect crunch with just the right chew. The sauce was flavorful, the cheese was gooey and plentiful, and the pepperoni had that slight curl and crisp edge we love. Every single bite was pure joy.
The atmosphere was great, the location right on Public Square is super convenient, and thanks to Eman's awesome service and that incredible pizza, we will absolutely be regulars. In fact, I'm already planning my next visit because I HAVE to come back and try that corned beef pizza! Eman was raving about! It sounds uniquely amazing.
Five stars easily. Jake's Pizza is a Cleveland gem! Don't hesitate, go try it! Thanks for a perfect lunch, Jake's (and...

The sign on their doors clearly stated masks were required yet the cashier and person preparing my food was not wearing a mask. I proceeded to say I expected if I have to wear a mask the person making my food and the cashier would be wearing a mask. I requested my money back and he said I had to wait for the manager/owner to come back . I am waiting for the manager to come back and I see someone walk in the door in dirty street clothes without a mask. They let him enter the store . I walked back in to check about getting my money back again and I found out the man I saw walked in is the manager!!! He didn’t have a mask on see the picture ! At first he refused to give me my money back until I told him I am reporting him to be health department . No one wants someone germs and breathe to be all over their food during a pandemic . Wear a mask...
Read moreIt was a busy weekend and I was visiting from Pittsburgh. When I went in for a quick drink, it was crowded to the door and I waited 15 minutes to buy 2 water bottles, nothing had prices on it. The total for 2 water bottles was $11.68. The cashier then gave me 3 dollars which was not the correct change. After walking out feeling that the city of Cleveland was more expensive than Seattle, I proceeded to see a food vendor with a stand on the corner of the road selling bottles of water for 1$. Absolutely robbed and I'm glad I will never have to see this horrible establishment again. Avoid spending any money here unless you are flushed with cash and don't mind spending 10 times the amount for a product. Also the waters on the...
