Just got a pie delivered from the local Domino's, a Domino's that I order from on average a few times a month.
For whatever reasons the pie I got after a 45 minute weight was very substandard, including being barely lukewarm and sparse in ingredients (I ordered EXTRA CHEESE and could barely see any cheese)
I called to register my concerns. I'm not a complaint or send it back guy, but this pizza was really that bad. After a brief hold, the line picked up, "Thank you for calling Domino's. This is ALEX, how can I help you?"
I registered my disdain with ALEX, who apologized then said, "My general Manager was here making pizzas earlier." Not knowing exactly what to take from that comment, I again pleaded with ALEX the horribleness of the pizza that was delivered. Again he offered a weak apology.
I responded, "Apologies are great, but what are we going to do about this."
"With that attituded, we aren't doing anything."
I was incredulous. "Are you kidding me? I asked what we're 'doing about this?'."
He said, "Yeah. That's attitude. Have a nice night," and hung up on me.
Not sure I could even believer what I just heard, I called back a couple minutes later. This Time ALEX answered but left his name out of the greeting.
"I know it's you ALEX, and I'm not going to let this lie."
To which he responded ,"Why don't you come down and..." Catching himself mid-threat he then finished, "have a nice night," and hung up on me again.
Maybe ALEX is a product of the recent staffing shortage. Maybe ALEX is a brain-dead idiot who doesn't know how to give good customer service. More than likely, ALEX is just a self-important jerk who thinks he's above it all.
No matter which, this Domino's just lost a customer. PizzaVola is just right down the street and WAAAAAY better.

Read moreIf I was able to give zero stars I would but unfortunately I am forced to rate 1 star. I cannot review this location based on taste and quality of pizza because I never received my order but two things I will review this location on; the driver was incompetent as he/she did not communicate with us for an address issue and the manager was worst, as he did not empathize at all. We contacted this location to find out why our order was taking so long and Alex, the manager informed us that it was delivered already. Of course it was delivered... but to the wrong people! The driver left it at another location completely different from ours, we were at 401 and he left it at 399...is it really that hard to dial a phone number when doubtful? Alex even told us that whoever received the order even tip the driver (of course for free pizzas I would too). And to top it off the manager hangs up the phone on us... no empathy at all. I strongly suggest that if the driver doesn't want to use his personal phone or make the effort to call the client, then why not requesting a picture id to avoid...
Read moreAlways loved Dominos, we placed order online and immediately went to pickup our 2 pies on a carryout basis. Upon entering, I could tell the employees were hard working and very busy. It was 630pm on Tuesday but I guess all the out of towners not from Cocoa Beach must have called about the same time. My concern with this store is: The line employees were answering the phone and helping out in the front and returning to make pizzas. I asked the guy there if he was going to put on gloves, he stated "we wash our hands we don't use gloves". Well, NO he didn't wash his hands because the only reason I said anything is because I observed him take a few calls run his hand over his face to wipe the sweat off his forehead and then return to making pizzas. I also observed another lady doing the same thing. Just simply gross but I guess we never know what truly goes on in restaurants, I would just hope the employees would have good moral and ethical character and not do what this guy was doing and then lie to...
