Not a fan of snow cones, but if I had to pick one place to get a snow cone it would be Bahama bucks. Unfortunately today they were a huge let down. My son (1yr), husband, brother, sister in law and I decide to stop for snow cone after our dinner. My brother decided he did not want anything, everyone else order their snow cone. When we got to the front a brunette worker with ponytails gets my card rudely and it is noticeable that she does not want to be there. She later tells me they had made one of my snow cone with ice cream and cream and I would be able to keep it. She said at no charge to me. We all receive all our treats ice cream cup, watermelon snow cone with cream and ice cream, sugar-free pina colada with cream and ice cream, plus the mistake snow cone white coconut with cream and ice cream. Since my brother had not order I told him he could keep the mistake one. Since he does not like coconut we gave that one to my son, and he kept the watermelon. Still waiting on white coconut with no ice cream or cream. This particular worker comes back I tell her I will pay for the correct one. She say that no cause technically I already for it. She goes back talks to another person, comes back to me and tells me to return my snow cone which my son was already enjoying. I look at her in disbelief, and she says nothing so I asked for my husband to give me my son snow cone. He immediately starts crying. While looking at me straight in the eye this ponytail worker throws the mistake snow cone. She later bring me a sloppy white coconut snow cone. Read moreI had an unsatisfactory visit to Bahama Buck's on June 7, 2023, around 2 pm. We parked and entered the store to order four children's and one adult snow cone. However, the service we encountered was rather disappointing.
While entering my phone number for reward points, an employee abruptly turned off the screen, which was surprising and felt disrespectful, especially since I was courteous enough to leave a 20% tip.
Our experience continued to deteriorate as the adult snow cone we ordered was delayed for more than five minutes, even as other customers who arrived after us were being served. Despite our attempts to address the issue, our concerns were seemingly ignored, which added to our disappointment.
The overall experience, unfortunately, gave me a feeling of potential bias, although I recognize this might be an isolated incident. The joy of our trip was dampened by the melting children's snow cones, which created a sticky mess in our car and on us.
I would like to highlight the actions of the Caucasian female employee in the white hat who was on duty at that time. I think it's important for her to reflect on how her actions affected our experience negatively. We paid for our order, and due to the service we received, the overall mood for our family was negatively impacted.
Given our experience, I would recommend anyone planning a visit to this location to consider these issues seriously. No customer should pay to receive subpar service. I hope this feedback reaches the management of Bahama Buck's and they take the necessary steps to improve...

Okay not placing no times and dates because they’re in the pictures (this all happened 30 mins ago) just getting home. Long story short, placed order in driver thru because it was packed, got to the window and the guy told me to come in they’re making them, okay cool, no issue, pulled around, went in, waited patiently for the mess I LITERALLY got in the picture. Mikey the manager, Like you dry ….. looked at me and took the MELTED sno, placed a top on it and took it to a fridge that wasn’t cold, the sno was melted, (I’m not paying it no mind bc I’m looking at my receipt and KNOW that’s not mine , turns out it was my order.) I get to the counter and tell Mikey the manager I was the one that was told to come inside and he pointed to the fridge and say “oh they’re right there.”, pointed to the fridge and I also went sour. I asked him why is it like that and that’s not mine and he told me that “corporate rules says that an online order has to be flat top regardless of what the site or app says.”, okay don’t you think that needs to be said on the site and the app???
