I had the worst customer experience at this Gong Cha location out of all the bubble tea shops I’ve visited across the U.S. When I politely asked if they had the mango coconut smoothie, the staff looked at us with a dismissive attitude and laughed, saying they didn’t have such a drink. As employees, they should be familiar with their own menu—even if a customer doesn’t get the name exactly right, it would be helpful to offer similar options. I had to stand there and pull up the website myself to find the correct drink name before they knew what I was referring to. And I had bad signals so it took a while to find out.
I ended up ordering a mini pearl mango smoothie with 30% sugar, and then asked for an original egg puff. The staff asked me twice what I meant, and only understood after I said “bubble waffle.” When I received the drink, I told them I had requested 30% sugar but it tasted too sweet, and they refused to remake it, saying it was “store policy.” If that’s the policy, why not inform customers in advance that the minimum sugar level is 50%? I could have ordered a different drink with a flexible sugar level.
Overall, the service was careless and uncomfortable. Staff lacked basic product knowledge and didn’t show any intent to help. Definitely disappointing. By the way, bubble waffle was...

By the looks of it, they're adding a restaurant in there too (Katie's Kitchen) to compliment the tea. Friendly service, knowledgeable about their products. I had the Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte and a regular milk tea with added oreo crumbs (simulating a cookies & cream kinda drink). The drinks were tasty and made just as expected. I would definitely order them again. Their menu is a little different from other bubble tea shops in town, so I suggest looking at it before heading over. Their cups are a little different than other shops too, they have Medium and Large sizes available. I ordered the medium but will probably order a large next time because the tea was exceptional. I recommend visiting this place at least once to give it a shot...and when you're...
Read moreCame here for the first time. We ordered the Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Black Milk Tea, and the Mango Milk Slush. These were all recommended by staff and they were all delicious. The mango tasted like real fresh mangoes. The black milk tea was basically like every black milk tea out there. The creme brûlée was very flavorful and delicious. Overall, decently priced for refreshing drinks.
The staff were all friendly and fast. They have lots of drinks to choose from to include food items. Lots of parking and lots of tables...
