This was the worst experience I have had at any Wendy's. This occurred on Aug 4, 2024 at approx 11:15 to 11:30. When I placed my order, I specifically said NO CHEESE, and only mustard and ketchup. When I received my burger, of course it was wrong, and the cashier tried to say I did not tell her no cheese despite others hearing it in the restaurant. When I went to the counter, the manager on duty was rude, and when I showed the burger was done wrong, she snapped back that they could not take it back and I needed to throw it away myself. A née burger was prepared, but the manager continued to have an attitude. When my elderly mother went to the counter to get more napkins, nobody would come to the counter. It was not u til another customer waiting for their order yelled for someone to get her some napkins, did anyone do so.
The restaurant had no napkins or ketchup out on the designated area, there was little salt and pepper, and the ones there hadbeen wet at some time. The drink machine was out of several flavors. Basically, if you did not want a diet drink, you were going to have to have tea or water. The tables were not clean, and the employees were not only disrespectful, but condescending.
I will never eat there again.

Read moreWe wanted to go through the drive through tonight but the system was down(which isn’t the reason for this 1 star review).
When we pulled up in the drive through to order the worker had said something but it was so quiet we couldn’t hear her but knew something was said. So I said “I’m sorry we couldn’t hear you could you say that again.” We waited a few seconds and then hear her say “ these people in the drive-through need to get their hearing checked. I already said the system was down and they are still sitting there.” That part she said loudly, so at that moment we drove around to the window and saw her talking with someone who was at the window (must’ve been a friend).
When we got up to the window she then told us the system was down and they couldn’t take our order..again no big deal. We did then tell her that our hearing didn’t need to be checked but the first time she spoke it was way to quiet and we didn’t hear her. We also stated that what she said was extremely rude.
I guess next time you want to talk about customers you should make sure your headset...
Read moreI ordered food to eat in and noticed employee that took my order bagging my order as well. My concern is no gloves were on or washing hands after touching register, money to put food into the bag. Mask on however wearing incorrectly below her nose. The person using the frier had stepped away and returned to cooking food with no gloves and not noted washing her hands.
Concerned with touching the container in which the fries are placed and touching as they are placed in bag. When I asked for napkins I was given brown paper towel. I also purchased A burger with no chesse and they put chesse on it and it was cold . I also got frosty with a cash payment.
I was told we don't give receipts for cash payments so I started to walk away and she ( the lady that took my order) said never mind here you go in a rude tone of voice. I will defantaly will not return here . I 10/10 don't recommend eating here they have poor service. I can see why they are not as busy , we are all better of going somewere else dont come here to this location 680 South park Blvd , Colonial Heights...
