Updated 08/09/2020 - If i could give it less I would. We have had good food here before so why not? We were carded on the way in the door, no big deal. The man told us to go ahead and have a seat and that "one of the girls" would be with us shortly to get our order. (There was only one other patron on the first floor at the time) There were 2 waitresses off to the side chatting, okay cool. We waited for a while and another couple came in and sat at a table. A very short amount of time later, one of the waitresses was at their table checking id's and taking their order. We got up and walked out. As we were making our way to the door, the man that checked our id's apologized. Previous review 3 years ago, 4 stars. The food was decent. I had the Ultimate fries, fork required. Lots of nacho cheese and a good portion of meat.

Living in the heart of downtown, every resident has their favorite places and never just one. Gasoline alley not only has the best fries but the best vibes for your furry friends (before 7:30pm). After 7:30pm, the adults can come out to play with good company always, karaoke on Wednesdays and the best roof top at the heart of Tejon st overlooking Cowboys which is another great hop. I’m am just a customer and not a promoter or food critic. I just got love for places that love me back!

Last week we came here for a drink on the upper deck. We told the host we were going to the roof and he was going to send a server. After 5 minutes nothing so we left. On the way out we noticed the employees chatting not busy. Today we came back for the roof view. Two kegs were out and the waitress wanted my credit card even though I told her twice we were paying cash. The view here is awesome but the service is deplorable. Doubt we will try a third time.

My husband and I had to come to Springs for doctor appointments this weekend 6-23-23 because he has stage 4 cancer and since we love downtown we booked our favorite hotel, Antlers and decided to make it a fun weekend. GASOLINE ALLEY is another favorite place for us to go for drinks and food. Saturday 6-24-23 we went in sat at the bar for a couple drinks and lunch...we were treated spot on. Bartender was friendly and made me the most delicious margaritas, the cook, who had only worked there a week, was also amazing!! He got on our order and it was so delicious and talk about FAST! Today 6-25-23 we decided to go back because we were so impressed yesterday, WHAT a MISTAKE! We walked in sat at the bar and we were obviously and blatenly IGNORED for at least 20 minutes but not by the cook because he was the same cook from the day before. This young man took care of our food order immediately! The BARTENDER knew we were there would look at us...put his head down and go talk, serve, laugh, and have a good time.. with all the other people at the bar.. mind you there were only maybe 7 other people sitting at the bar...he did this for at least 20 minutes. I even kind of tried to raise up my hand and said Sr can we order a drink...he looked at me and IGNORED my request. I wasn't rude but I was definitely getting irritated. He finally came up and said hey sorry I've been "busy". I said I know I would like a margarita and my husband ordered a jack and coke. My margarita was horrible, I probably took 2 sips and left 3/4 of it behind. Then the Bartender came up and said we are changing shifts and would you all like to tab out and we said yes please. Then he brought us a receipt without a signature line and left again. When he came back to to get the receipt I said um I think this receipt is wrong because I have to sign it and there isn't a tip line He made and excuse about oh sorry I had to change the paper in the register...I'll get you a new one. Guess what? WE STILL TIPPED...

Was passing through Colorado Springs on my way to Santa Fe for my birthday. We decided to stop for a quick bite to eat, and thought Gasoline Alley looked really neat from the outside. I would have had a better experience at the Wendy's off I25, honestly. Upon walking in, the bartender barely acknowledged my boyfriend and I, and when she did it was rather awkward. We got over it pretty quickly, as we were quite hungry. We each ordered a burger, I got the Groupie with a side of cheese curds and he got the Southern Rock with a side of mozzarella sticks. Due to the (dirty) open kitchen concept, I watched the cook touch raw burger patties, cheddar cheese, and hamburger buns with no gloves on, and without washing his hands. He took his sweet time putting together said burgers and sides. Upon getting our burgers, my boyfriend's marinara for his mozzerella sticks had a strange carbonation type taste, which we chalked up to the Mariana being rotten/fermenting. Sides were burnt, and we weren't asked if we needed anything or if food was good. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Thanks anyways, but will eat elsewhere if and when passing...

Saw food prices painted on a 6ft board outside which looked great. Inside I was ignored by a bartender who would rather be on her phone than serve patrons. When greeted I was called friend over and over but it was still obvious she wasn't happy to see us even though there were no other customers. We ordered fries and to no surprise were asked if that's it in a condescending way multiple times. SHE THEN UPCHARGED US FROM THE PRICE CLEARLY LISTED AT THE ENTRANCE! Then charged my card and never told the cook my order. I could clearly see they hated each other. The cook wore no beard net, hair net ,or gloves. I was served at the bar and as my food appeared the waitress told the cook it was to go finally in a rude way which clearly pissed him off cause he replied with "well if some one would give me the dam ticket". The whole atmosphere was awkward and uncomfortable. For $8 I expected more fries considering they are listed for $6 and for that one's that didn't taste like they came from Walmart. I couldn't taste the salt or the supposed garlic they put on. I AM NEVER GOING...
