I passed through the drive thru and some man answered but he was mumbling and did not want to repeat himself when we told him kindly that we did not understand what he was saying. We pulled up to the window to talk to someone but we were ignored for five minutes until the same person finally came to tell us the system wasn’t working. However we were not in a rush and we were unsure if it was just the drive thru system that’s wasn’t working , and we saw there was a group of men inside waiting for their drinks and the workers were making smoothies, so we decided to go inside. Once we got inside, the supervisor(?) asked us if we had a mobile order or needed to order. We told him we needed to order so he told us to go the front register. Once we got there, we were ignored for about 10 minutes while the employees were laughing. No one said anything until another pair of customers came in and they told us all the printers weren’t working and they couldn’t make drinks. However, they were still making drinks for the group of guys that had been there the whole time. I just feel like there was favoritism at play or in order to prevent us from bothering the employees or customers wasting their time, there should have been a sign on the door or they could have locked the door. But it felt they were picking and choosing who they were serving. Read moreWell....so I'm leaving this establisment; that I have never had an issue with until today. Two of the females making the drinks were very rude and short and then acted like I was bothering them by being in the store.
Shane; who I'll end with, owns this one (Hilliard), the one on 5th, Gahanna, Worthington, and Dublin. The stores in Gahanna and 5th says buy 2 enhancers and get the third one free....it also says this is the same across all stores but I was told not in Hilliard. I asked about the restroom and was rudely told about that.
Side note....a customer came in aftering going through the drive through because her 🍞; which is kept in the fridge, was moldy.
So Shane...the successful owner; has up in atleast two of his stores, that if there is an issue call him and his cell number is right there. Well it wasn't in Hilliard so I called Worthington to get it and they said he was there. He got on the phone and in a very rude and abrasive tone said;
"Who are you", "busy dude", "what"!
I was thrown back and said ok...ill just call back; he then cuts me off and finishes with....
"Yeah we are busy and I don't even know who you are nor what I can do for you, what do you want.
So now I see why most of his stores is now rude...because the head is.
Its cool shane I won't bother you and your establishments any longer.

Read moregood evening I just left one of my favorite places to go west pointe smoothie king of course I cant lie I came in yesterday as well 9/15/2025 the pineapple surf is my favorite however I took a chance on the vegan with spinach ginger ecc the young lady with glasses who worked 9/15 around 11am yesterday was working window and counter that's why I'm always giving them grace because I know it can become overwhelming when a lot of people show up but anyway she made me the best vegan ever I was pleased the other two workers that was working on setting things up like cups ecc were very very polite as well when I asked for napkins they gave with a smile very welcoming today 9/16 Nick made my vegan it was just as good his whole team was very polite willing to correct any mistakes if there were ever any I like how they are about satisfying the customers keep up the great job y'all and people show grace to the staff be a lot more patients if you know you cant spare 10min on a line to wait then maybe you shouldn't chance it its not cool blaming the staff this location can get a bit busy I go...
