My recent visit to your establishment left me profoundly troubled, prompting me to share my experience in detail. What was initially an evening filled with anticipation soon turned somber due to the complete lack of acknowledgment from your staff towards patrons. Upon our arrival, the conspicuous absence of a host or hostess to welcome and seat us was striking. As a result, my party had no choice but to take matters into our own hands and seat ourselves at the bar.
Unfortunately, this unsettling trend persisted as we settled into our bar seats. The bartender, who should have been our main point of contact for service, exhibited a palpable lack of engagement. No greetings, no offers of cocktails, not even a simple hello were extended our way. This stark contrast in treatment became even more glaring when we observed the patrons around us receiving warm welcomes, friendly smiles, and helpful suggestions on drinks, appetizers, and meals. The decline in our experience continued, leaving me with the unmistakable impression that our patronage was not valued.
My visit reached its nadir, constituting the most disheartening dining experience I have ever endured. What became glaringly apparent was the overtly disrespectful behavior demonstrated by the female bartender. While she was exceptionally friendly and attentive to other customers, my party and I remained invisible, as if our presence was of no consequence. This stark disparity in treatment left me feeling not only neglected but deeply insulted, prompting me to wonder why we were subjected to such blatant discrimination.
The disparities in service perplexed me, compelling me to ponder whether there was a specific reason behind our exclusion from the friendly and engaging atmosphere that seemed to envelop everyone else. I couldn't help but question what may have caused this stark divergence in service quality. These discrepancies significantly tainted our overall experience, casting doubt on whether our presence as patrons held any real significance.
In the competitive world of hospitality and dining, it is imperative to ensure that each patron is treated with fairness, respect, and a warm, welcoming attitude. I implore you to take this feedback to heart and address the disparities in customer service to prevent others from enduring similar disheartening experiences in the future. My fervent hope is that your establishment will evolve to consistently provide every patron with the same level of care and attention, as this is essential in maintaining a positive reputation and ensuring that all patrons feel genuinely valued...
Read moreSorry, but this could not be brief. Dreadful experience tried to give review entering no stars. Went with a group of approximately 15 people for a birthday celebration which was reserved ahead. Over half was waited on by a server named Meghan which was excellent. Others (me included) by a guy who didn't even introduce himself which worked out to his favor because he was the worst server ever. Meghan came to our table bout a hour and half after our arrival he took drink orders no food before Meghan came. There was a party of 4 at another table and a booth of 3. So, it was not very busy. Meghan took care of all the late arrivals. We wanted drinks and food no appetizers and not worried about late comers they could get in where they fit in. Wish I was late. When Meghan came we were able to order asked to order food before she came he stated he was still taking drink orders asked him to give us some bread or something he did but it wasn't fresh tasted reheated. 5 people came after we ordered Meghan came and took their order. Here's where it gets good 1 person ordered appetizers came 5 minutes before their food. All of Meghan's orders came before ours who ordered with (no name) even the 5 that came late. We received our food from (no name) about 10 minutes after even the late arrivals. He came to the table not knowing who ordered what...with cold food! By now there was only the booth and us to be servers. Asked for the manager because this was unacceptable this place is not cheap so you would expect good food and service. If I ever go back which is unlikely, I would ask for Meghan she picked up where the slacker failed and owned it. He never came back to our table not even to apologize. I left how I arrived starving...🤔 Forgot to mention he spilled water on the table and floor almost on someone at our table and took his sweet time cleaning it up. Someone had to ask if he could clean it up. Asked the birthday guy if they even offered him a piece of cake...NO! All I ordered was salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Nutshell, he let our food sit and get cold before bringing it...
Read moreMy Father worked the construction ptoject for the new David's Bridal a few doors down. He always talked about how busy it is and how the food smells so good. He's talked about it so much that I planned a dinner tonight for Father's Day. I made reservations and everything!! They were busy and our waitress was great! The food, however, was not up to par, considering the prices. My husband loved his bison burger. Canyon burger I think it was. Our fries were dead. At least 20 minutes post-mortum. I was not as impressed with my Pot Roast dish as my hubby was with his burger. The actual meat was great, but my broccoli was charred and so burnt it tasted horrible. They attempted to face all my broccoli with burnt side down as if I wouldn't notice. (Nice try :)). My garlic mashed potatoes were in chunks, and not warm or whipped in a nice texture, as one would expect of a restaurant that boasts such high standards. It resembled warmed up mashed potatoes after Thanksgiving that were scooped out of the Tupperware and plopped on the plate. The gravy was good! My sister ordered the meatloaf sandwich, which was very good, but they failed to deliver on the pepper jack cheese that is a component of the sandwich that she was really looking forward to. The green beans were not sauteed, but rather blanched. My Fathers $36 Delmonico steak sat in the window for at least 10 minutes. It was luke warm and his sides were also. I'm thinking 10 mins post-mortum as well. We were all a bit disappointed, but the manager did comp my Pot Roast dinner due to the chorrific state of the broccoli. I'm not the type to complain about all of these things in the restaurant, and in the moment. There were just so many things wrong it wouldn't be fair. It is Fathers Day. They were busy. So tell all the Fathers we hope they have a great day, but please don't ever again serve me...
