The bartender Jeffrey was my server, and he was excellent. He chatted with me and my wife, and he offered us excellent food choices. He recommended (and we got) the truffle pizza and skirt steak. The truffle pizza is very cheesy, kind of salty, and quite gooey (from the runny egg). It was basically a very intense cheese pizza, and I loved the taste and texture. There are truffle on it, but their flavor was quite mild. I actually liked that they were mild because I don't like overwhelming truffle flavors. The skirt steak was very greasy and seasoned heavily with the chimichurri. It was very intense in flavor, and I loved it. I'm the kind of person who believes the sauce and seasoning enhance the steak, as opposed to some purists that believe you can only use mild salt and pepper to taste the meat. The sauce goes amazing with the meat, and I liked that it was greasy (obviously others might not). I asked for medium, and I got perfectly slightly chewy pink slices of steak that I love :) I'll definitely be coming back again!

This place is very nice :) the full, “meat and cheese board” was made excellently. The drinks are also very tasty, the “black Manhattan” paired wonderfully with the selection of meats, cheeses, fruits and spreads. For two people I would expect to spend around $100-$150 so the niceties are definitely priced but overall it is very worth the visit.

we had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant, and we were served by "Dutchy" whose real name is Russel. his service was stellar and we would go there again just to have an amazing meal experience by him. The overall vibe of the place is very nice like a kind of elevated French Café. It might seem small as you walk past it, but there is a ton of seating inside, including an even more elevated area at the back. There's a nice private area as well for private parties and it's called the private room arcade. All of the staff seem wonderful because another staff member named Dorrin was actually the one who suggested we ask Russell to take us to see the private area for larger groups. we shared a steak and had some dessert and everything was delicious and well priced. The interior was so nice and clean. I would 100% go back specially since restaurants can be so hit or miss in Vegas. Lovely vibe and very nice outdoor seating as well. 10/10!

Mixed Experience - Great Food Marred by Shocking Service Incident

My wife and I had dinner and drinks here before a show. Let's start with the positive: the food was genuinely good. Both our entrees and the appetizer were well-prepared and tasty. Our primary bartender/server was also attentive and professional throughout the meal.

However, the service took a deeply unprofessional and uncomfortable turn at the end, completely overshadowing the good food.

Understanding we had a showtime to make, we requested and paid our bill (credit card) while finishing our last bites and drinks. Like many do in Vegas, we had cash set aside specifically for the tip. The second bartender (who only handled running our paid check) returned the receipt. What happened next was unacceptable:

He immediately confronted us loudly: "So you're not gonna tip?" We explained: My wife clearly stated, "Yeah, we have cash." He doubled down defensively: Despite our explanation, he proceeded to make comments like "I wasn't that bad, right?", "This is my career," "This is how I make a living," and "You guys don't understand." This was unprompted, aggressive, and incredibly awkward.

This behavior was beyond unprofessional; it was confrontational, accusatory, and frankly, tasteless. My wife, having worked in the service industry for 13 years, was particularly appalled, noting she understood the pressures perfectly and that his conduct was completely out of line.

To be clear: We did leave the cash tip we planned (approximately 25%) on the bar as we left. We did this despite the second bartender's behavior because: -Our original bartender deserved it. -We assumed (hoped) tips were pooled.

Regretfully, our tight schedule meant we couldn't speak to management on the spot, which we truly wish we had done.

While the food is good enough to return for, this service experience at the bar was shocking and unacceptable. Being publicly confronted and lectured about tipping before you've even had a chance to leave the tip is not something any customer should endure, especially when you are planning to tip generously in cash. It created a very negative final impression. Proceed with caution, especially at the bar – be prepared for potential service hiccups that go far beyond mere slowness.

Management: Please address this incident that occurred on Monday, August 4 around 8:00pm. Training on handling the end-of-service interaction, particularly regarding cash tips and basic professionalism, is clearly needed...

I was torn between the spare ribs and the short rib. I asked my waiter. He convinced me to order the short rib even after telling him I don't always like them. He explained to me that it was a full meal at $36 and the spare ribs were only 3 ribs at $18. Not 1 minute later the table next to us had 4 giant ribs delivered on a plate. They looked incredible. My plate was delivered in a large dutch oven and when they opened it I laughed. There was literally a small short rib, one cherry tomato cut in half and some collard greens dusted on top of the meat. Our Brussel sprouts never came because our waiter decided it would be too much food for us. He literally said he heard me say that and he agreed. I hated my meal and ate about 3 bites before asking them to take it away. My wife's sausage plate literally had 3 small slices of sausage and some very very tiny things on the plate. Our drinks were fantastic and my cap tipped for the bartender. We walked away almost more hungry than when we walked in. I explained to the waiter how unhappy I was. He said how sorry he was and was going to speak to the manager and see if he could do anything for us, but just came back with a sorry. I am very doubtful he spoke to the manager. $80 later we left very sad and very hungry. We had a coupon which is the only reason it...

Disappointing experience. We had high hopes for our annual team dinner. The restaurant is very nice and well appointed. Very good vibe and ambiance. The place was not full and we were there on a Friday evening in January from 6:30 to around 8pm. We were seed and peed water. Took about 10 minutes to get drinks ordered. After the drinks came, we ordered the hamachi cones, bacon wrapped dates, and pretzels. The appetizers came out fairly quickly. The cones were great. The pretzels were also very good with an awesome cheese sauce. Everything was good not great given the cost. For dinner we had the cheese burger, bib salad, flat bread, pizza, filet mignon. Here is where the problems began. The second round of drinks were haphazardly prepared some had to be sent back. The cheese burger could be described as a disaster. Small bun, overcooked patty, dried pieces of bacon and the lettuce looked like it's had been boiled. Absolutely terrible. The flat bread turned out to be flat on flavor and the pizza we ended up leaving. The filet was very good and perfectly cooked as were the French fries on the side of the burger. Would...
