I went to Wendy’s on March 17th for lunch break. The cashier Tyerrah just did not want to be there. That is fine with me. I get it. Not everyone wants a job. I asked for a refund. She said “I been calling y’all this whole time”. I said calmly that I had to go back to work and I want my refund. She said just move to the side and I’ll do it later. It has been a while since she’s addressed me and she has been taking multiple orders instead of giving me my refund. I also noticed she had been messing orders up that had been taken after mine . The order was placed at 1:59. It is currently 2:31 and I still have been waiting at the front to receive my refund. I have the receipt ,cup , what more should I provide? I don’t understand why she would be the first face to see if she does not want to be there. ALSO she is very much pregnant so to follow me to my car to yell at me about leaving a cup at the counter is very dangerous. “ NEXT TIME THROW THE CUP AWAY !” She yelled in the restaurant at 3:00 about a cup being on the counter. Yelled in front of the other customers that were dining in. I left the cup and the receipt on the counter (picture below) so I could get my FULL refund. The manager did not excuse her behavior and let this very pregnant girl follow me to my car to continue yelling. Very dangerous situation had I been afraid for my life. I feel sorry for her honestly. Next time have some professionalism at your job. The cup wouldn’t have been there if the tea had been restocked in the first place it was 2pm. Why was there no tea ?? None of this would’ve happened if she knew how to do her job. Following me outside was the icing on the cake. Tyerrah do your job and get the orders accurately so you’ll be able to avoid as many problems as I saw today within the hour I sat there waiting on the refund. Just 12 dollars and 60 cent. I was never rude not once. I guess she was triggered into having to do her job . But I will be calling corporate as soon as they open. Her behavior, work ethic , and attitude were unacceptable. I’ll make sure she is held accountable for her actions since she wanted to make a scene. I hope the next person she follows outside gives her the exact reaction she’s looking for. You would think she would want to be safe considering she’s carrying a child. But you can’t teach...
Read more7/8/2024 10:31pm is when I came in last night. I did a mobile order for a burger n fries. When I pulled up to the 1st window the young girl with the headset on was too busy on her phone laughing and being so far engaged that she didn't even open her window to acknowledge me. So as I was pulling to the second window there's an arm sticking out holding my bag so I sped up to get it and the boy says have a good night n shut the window. I had to check to make sure my food was in there. When I was pulling out I noticed my fries were cold n stuck together n my burger wasn't done all the way. When I circled back n told them the chubby boy that was sweating heavily n very unsanitary made a smart remark and said "yeah because you were gone 10 minutes " I had to make the other boy open the window back up so I could check him n make sure he did not remake my order. They were adamant about me pulling forward so they could bring it out but I pointed out there were no other cars behind me n I rather watch my food being made. Then the other boy in drive through tried to block my view had to tell him to move. Then he tried to throw away my receipt and when I asked for it back tried to make excuses when he was finally handing it back he was trembling n he should because I will be using it to make a complaint to not only corporate but to the health department. Nobody should be sweating over food without at least a hat and should not be serving cold and undercooked food! Will never...
Read moreStopped at drive thru to grab lunch for my son I think it was Nov 1st or 2nd. I’d been having a pretty rough day and the last thing I wanted to do was hang out in the drive thru line. My son wanted to order his own meal and of course being 11 that took a minute, he had some questions: I expected to get someone on the intercom that might be irritated or short because that’s kinda usually what you get these days everywhere. Instead a friendly patient lady answered his questions explained to him what a biggie bag was and what it included. We both commented on how sweet she was & drove around to 1st window to pay, I asked her if she was the lady who had taken the order at the and she said was. I said I really appreciate you being so friendly to my son, it could have easily annoyed someone him asking questions and taking all that time up in the drive-through on a busy lunch. She smiled and thanked me. She said her name is Denise. Sometimes just a small act of being friendly in the day-to-day grind (even at the drive-through) can make someone smile, and courtesy is contagious! So if you end up going to this Wendy’s and you get Denise I’m sure you will agree she seems to go out of her way to be very friendly. Thanks Denise! And the food was...
