I’ve been here a bunch of times, whenever there’s a manager in the back the older gentleman it’s ok, when he’s not or eating his lunch on the side, things tend to get lost.

Once they charged me double for asking for extra meat, not sure that’s the norm.

Today I wanted to pay with cash, and had no change. The high school girls working behind the register had mad attitude and rolled her eyes at me, because THEY didn’t have change. It’s 2025 and you have no cash or change in your register?

Sounds like a manager issue, these girls don’t even know what day it is I doubt they’d be in charge of money where they can barely even make a sandwich.

Lose the attitude and rolling eyes.

This location is the absolute worst. I ordered catering online for a group of people at my hospice. Door Dash showed up to pick it up and deliver to me and the girl that works here said there was no order placed ??? I sent the confirmation e-mail , ticket number , order number , everything and she insisted they never got the order. She never offered to re-make the order or even apologized all she kept saying was that she was NOT going to make the order. Now I have to go over there personally after work talk to the manager and get a refund at the very minimum. Even door dash was shocked at her lack of professionalism. Don’t order from this location they take zero accountability and have no work ethics at all....

Worst experience in a jersey mikes ever. Addressed me by telling me they got a bunch of internet orders and then said “but you can still order I guess.” Excuse me? Then no one took my order and I stood there for more than 10 minutes being completely ignored before just walking out. 2/3 people working here looked like they were just kids including the girl in charge. Never been blatantly ignored like that in a Jersey mikes before. They also were taking order backwards, not at the meat slicing section but at the cash register? Sorry but if you’re that overwhelmed working fast food get another job. Ridiculous. Will not return to...
