We ordered again from here for lunch for 5 people yesterday 10/14/2024. Once again everything was great. Fast delivery with food still warm. All orders were correct nothing missing or messed up. Food tasted as good as always. Thanks Freebirds for the consistent good experience from you!

We ordered for lunch delivery today. Service was good and fast, from the time we ordered to the time delivered. Food was fresh and warm when arrived. Everything was as ordered, no issues. Delivery in downtown Dallas with door dash was quick. The food was secured and utensils/ napkins provided. The food that I received was good and the serving size was a lot. I never complain unless I have too. I'm guessing it is better to go in person because I did not receive everything I ordered. My sour cream which they charge guacamole $1.60, and grilled veggies no charge. I guess the meal could have been better but I don't know since I didn't get the full meal. Maybe next...

I’ve eaten at freebirds for over 6 years but I had the best experience here. Dan is absolutely hilarious and so sweet, as is Nyah. Definitely stop here for a huge, delicious burrito. They were out of vegan chorizo but Dan totally made up for it with his amazing attitude and sense of humor. They really felt like friends more than employees.
