The Raising Cane’s in Galleria Mall. Lots of people were waiting to place order, especially in the weekend. It’s good that the store opened 3 registers to take the orders and 3 staff members, including the lead/manager, to verify the orders and distribute to the customers. I received my order in 7 mins during the peak of lunch time. Nice job on the management and trained staff members. There are tables and seats in front of the restaurant shared with other restaurants. It’s sometimes difficult to find the seats during the weekend.

It was my 1st time trying it. Not bad .. The combo will fill you up. Includes 3 strips , Wrinkles fríes, Texas Toast and cole slaw plus the soda The flavor was good and the amount it was good for the price but they charge me .40 cent for an extra sauce ... again it was really good but distant cousin of Chick Fill A . Free the sauce !!!!!

We are visiting Dallas and this was on our list of Texas places to visit. The chicken was flaky and moist. It was unusual for fried chicken but yummy. It wasn't as greasy and heavy as ordinary fried chicken. The Texas Toast was delicious and the fries were crispy and hot. We would definitely come here again!

I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience I had at your restaurant on [insert date here]. I visited the location with my children, and unfortunately, we encountered multiple issues that I believe need your immediate attention.

First, after placing my order, I noticed that the staff placed the food on the counter without calling my name. I had to approach the counter myself, only to find one of the chicken fingers from my order sitting outside the plate and touching the counter. This raised serious concerns about hygiene, as food should not be handled or served in such a manner.

When I addressed the issue with a staff member, I did not receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment. Instead, the employee silently took the plate, replaced it with another one, and handed it back to me, again with no apology or explanation for the mistake. This lack of courtesy and professionalism was highly concerning.

Additionally, the table we sat at was not clean, despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. The staff members were laughing and joking together inside, appearing unconcerned about the state of the dining area or the customers who were present. What made the situation more frustrating was that some of the customers in the restaurant appeared to be friends of the staff members, and they were treated differently while others, like myself, were largely ignored.

I feel that such behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant, especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. As a paying customer, I expect a clean environment, proper food handling, and staff who are focused on serving their customers rather than socializing with friends.

I kindly request that you address these issues with your staff and ensure that better hygiene standards and customer service practices are put in place. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled, as this experience has made me reluctant to return to...

Cain's sauce: pretty tasty

Fries: not too bad, would've like them more crispy but that's my preference.

Chicken: They have their cooking process down. The fingers were nice and crispy but not dry at all. The meat was quite tasty, very moist, and I do think it was actual chicken. Where i have complaints is with the marinade and the batter. There was zero flavor in both and that's why this gets 3 stars. When the star of your restaurant is bland and requires dipping sauce you need to revisit how you're seasoning the batter and the marinade (which I would wager is most likely just a brine, not...

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at the Raising Canes at The Galleria Dallas. I reached the counter at 8:56 pm, with one person in front of me. I asked the cashier if I would still be able to order, and she responded yes. However, they took more than 4 minutes to take my order, and the supervisor came out and told the cashier that she could not serve me because it was past 9pm. I find it horrific that they couldn’t serve me, though I had been waiting since before closing time. On top of that, the supervisor was not even...
