Rebel & Rose Neighborhood Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

I rsvped for trivia night , when it was cancelled i tried calling the establishment multiple times emailing and even dming because i had a large party coming and wanted to make sure we still had a table, i was also calling for parking info and policies that i couldn’t find online . I finally just showed up and was thankful i got a table for my party. Just confused on why no one would answer the phone or even answer emails , i would not recommend this establishment for big parties. Then I parked behind the building that said patron parking , i didn’t read the sign carefully enough as it also said owners . I was towed and the towing company they use would not answer the calls so i could get my car back again i tried calling the restaurant to ask what i should do and they again did not answer. In an already frustrating situation i wasted about an hour trying to figure out where my car is and how to get it back .

I’m sorry but both of my experiences here have not been good. The bartender with the long black hair with blond highlights is extremely rude. This has to have been one of the most unfriendly interactions I have ever had with a bartender, every time me and my boyfriend go In there it’s like she’s going out of her way to give us an attitude and last night even went out of her way to insult us. I will never be coming back here. It’s a shame bc I know that rebel and rose is trying hard they have an amazing concept but with unfriendly employees deterring customers bc they want to close early or be lazy idk how they can do better. If you're a dog lover, this is certainly the spot to go. They have a bottle service for the doggos complete with bubble machine and party line when served! There is a full course meal for your bestie, which includes burger or chicken with steamed veggies and a peanut butter pup cup!. This place was a wonderful, very chill mellow atmosphere.
