Worst experience of my life. I loved the restaurant and everyone at my table said their food was great. The waitress was terrible. I wish I could remember her name. I was ready to have a fun snack talking experience. She was overly aggressive with kids and she was so busy running her mouth she didnât even get the tables order correct. I didnât even get what I ordered then she tried to tell me what I ordered. No let me make it or anything. I canât even eat what she tried to give me itâs not something I would ever order and thatâs what my son even said. Then when I said something about my food being wrong she yelled out, âThereâs a difference between being a d$$k and an a$$hole. My entire table all agreed she was too busy running her mouth to get the order correct, embarrassed, ego too big to make it right, and donât work in a place where you canât take someone telling you they want the correct thing they ordered and be aggressive if you donât want any come back. I ended up not eating anything after driving 98 miles. This was mine and my sonâs first experience the rest of my table had been several times reassured me itâs never like her. They never had someone so aggressive around the kids and couldnât read a room. If you want to talk smack then do your job and be able to handle smack back. They discounted my entire table, but only took off the food I wasnât going to pay for since it wasnât what I ordered then didnât bother to discount my ticket for the remaining food. Needless to say, I will never return and will tell anyone I know never to go to this place. The waitress they replaced her with with awesome and thatâs the only reason I...
Read moreFirst of all, this is not your average restaurant. This is more along the lines of an entertainment destination. We never heard of this chain of restaurants, and we're greeted head-on with a whole heaping, helping of sarcasm and crass behavior. It was a wonderful change from the standard restaurant today. Frankly, I am under the opinion that many restaurants today try to paint a pretty picture but come up short with mediocre food and pour service. This restaurant comes right off the bat telling you that sarcasm is the name of the game and that you are more than welcome to play. First comes the complimentary slamming of the menus on your table. Our sassy waitress was Tiffany, and oh boy, did our youngest son enjoy having fun sassing with her. The banter back and forth is to die for and really livens up your experience. The paper hats with memorable comments or phrases about its wearer make great souvenirs of your visit. The comments here can get a little saucy, if not sassy, so if you are sensitive to that, then I recommend you not coming here.
We ordered the chicken alfredo and boneless chicken wings, which are more like chicken fingers. I highly recommend the chicken alfredo. Excellent. We also had the brownie with ice cream, which was really good.
We definitely intend to come here anytime we're in the area. And bring some of our friends as well. Thanks, Tiffany, for such...
Read moreThis is a fun place to visit where the waiters are rude on purpose. They write you a funny hat with something rude on it. I had the flounder nuggies and my boyfriend had their Ribs and Wings. Keep in mind, we went during the off season during the late afternoon, so probably didn't get the best chef and food quality, but the food was just good here. It wasn't great or spectacular. It was just decent food that met the standards of the dish names. Their wings were chewy, overcooked, and dry. The ribs were overcooked as well and a little tough, but seasoned well and had good sauce on them. The chili cheese fries were yummy, but I'd rather they serve the chili cheese more on the side and make the fries crispier so you can dip in them because the way they came, it made the French fries soggy after sitting in the sauce. My flounder nuggies were decently fried and the sauce they paired with tasted good. Service was excellent. All in all, this was just a decent place to eat, but there are much better places to eat in the area like the Charlie Horse restaurant or the Starlight dinner right across the street. I wouldn't visit this place again over...
