Cheba Hut " Toasted" Subs off east colfax. Denver Colorado. G13 on Garlic Bread is great. it just seems to be getting more pricey. I literally paid 25$ tip included for one g 13 blunt, which is a club . NoT to mention 1/2 had an incredible amount of onions.Because it's sure got heated for some reason. And I couldn't understand why on a regular club. I don't need that many onions.Thank you. Hope you're just trying to use a filler or a cut.Like some people do another product to make more money ends meet. Could it come with more than 1 slice of each meat on each half? . As it does in many competitors subs Just being honest. There's other substores that charge you , even if I get double meat, at less than just one of your subs. Let me ask you, if I ordered just a Roast Beef sub.How many slices of Roast Beef we're gonna come on my roast beef sub? More than one slice for each six inch. What are you paying for when you eat at cheba? The atmosphere? IF I get it to go or thru food delivery, I don't get that Atmosphere. . Just go to one of your local competitors around your local area. Go inside there and order a sub. See what the differences are in the meat. I'm not gonna put out, Competitors names , cause that aint how I am.. Plus, there's a Yellow Pages.I don't have to do the work. We have to relocate the twenty workers that needed jobs from what I heard from the manager anyway, a cheba closed recently. Means somthin ain't right with the business. Would love to see you guys around in 20 years . Even twinkie shut business down when they hit bottom. Teaches me in life ain't nothing permanent. Even when we think we got it, we don't. What you do have: great employees, gave me 2 free house dressing's . Looking like I should of had to pay more, I laughed. . Super happy, yall stay open till 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. What's let's be honest. It's beneficial for the owner and the workers for extra tip money.Excited about your people that normally places are closed around there. . I think it's great that you split all the tips.Among all the workers plus they make twenty two dollars plus an hour. I think. I know why only get one slice of each meat on each half of the sub. . Great Bartender wonderful conversations with them. . I used to work in the food and beverage industry.I know what it is per cost.Pretty much on just about any item to make, and I know they're turning a killing pizza. Places make a killing.I can only imagine a sub.Place. Not to b*c in my current job.I'm working for one of the largest catering companies in the state of Denver. We've got over 200 employees. They've been around twenty seven years. I also do back up Cook work at nursing homes around the eight of them in the state. Please don't try to pull the wool over my eyes. When you try to give me an answer to your responding. Let's be a bigger person and actually increase the amount of the meat? People are getting to eat further cost because if all you give a them is 10% meat, 70% vegetables and 20% bread.Something's wrong for twenty five dollars. This is a very detailed report. I could have went to a pizza place, and got two Two medium two top pizzas for half of what your one sub is. I'm not even gonna bring up the altercation of the person who is knocked out on your sidewalk last night around closing. Atmosphere huh? Head around the time of closing ,when I had to go get management, to come in help him . Surveilanve Cameras can verify this btw. who come to find out was a personal friend , people of cheba BTW. If the management. kind of a crazy thinking about it. So many walked by him 10 ft from the door, he was trying to get to his salvation atleast he knew where to go. I'm thankful for that . I'm just the opinion of the public and my voice has been heard, I hope. Much love, not trying to cause the stink. Just can't understand things that are unjust. Like the cost of a boeing seven forty seven Toilet seat. Hopefully, One day it can come true through fruition, for things get better. Thanks for your time on...

I have eaten at the Colfax location 5 different times and 3 of the 5 have been a terrible service experience. The food is great the atmosphere is great. It is the closest location to my work so very convenient for my breaks. Today the person who took my order at the front was extremely friendly . However when we sat at the bar to have a beer while we are eating this wonderful meal the service there was just inexcusable. It was a very slow time for the restaurant . The guy who was tending bar was not attentive to us as we sat down , took his Co workers order before ours and when we asked for a Kool aid shot and a pickle shot he told us to hold on and he'd be back for us..went and catered to another customer who he seemed to know well and a few minutes later he walked away from the bar then came back STILL not tending to our request. I had to get his attention to close out tab and still he did not give a good customer service experience. As a Colorado native I enjoy being friends and family to cheba hut because it's just an experience you must have ! I will say now that I've had so many bad experiences I will no longer be recommending the Colfax location specifically. I do work in the cannabis industry and in the area and now cannot feel comfortable sending any tourist that way. All this could've been changed by simply catering to...

Cheba Hut is one of those. Can't go wrong smaller chains. Every one of their sandwiches satisfies every single Sense. They are textured properly, seasons, And all have amazing themes when it comes to their ingredients. A fun fact is that any one of their sandwiches can technically be ordered as a salad. I have yet to try ordering an ichy sticky salad, though I suspect they would probably just tell me that they can't do that. Due to it advertising itself as the stoners sub sandwich restaurant, the clientele can be exceptionally diverse. Their cocktails are nothing right home about but are a fun addition. Also, the graffiti style murals all across the size of the interior is an inspired touch. Each restaurant has its own murals that are custom made for the location, making it a fun adventure to see them all. This hasn't happened every time but a few of the times we've gone in. They've even had a switch attached to the TV and let us play. I mean we were crossfaded tired And they were about to close. So I'm pretty sure The CPU Mario one by mass suicide. But hey that lives in my brain rent free now. My favorite sub is called the the 5-0. And is a bacon parmesan sandwich, And always...

The subway for potheads. Sandwiches are really tasty and I love their portions they have 3 different sub sizes. A nug, pinner or blunt a nug is great for bite size sandwich. And I live how they offer unlimited kool aid thats always the wave. The Jamaican red is everything! Spicy but tasty, the teriyaki sandwich they have is also delicious. They have some sort of crunch ball that's ooey and gooey with peanut butter and cocoa pebbles. They have a large selection of sandwiches and a section for beer I had the peanut butter and jam which was a bit sour but ok.it does have an outdoor seating area and it's also a favorite spot amongst tourists also a few store fronts away from a dope dispensary. Staff is super friendly. Cheba is also a stop for many 420 tours, trendy hippy crowd for the most part. Ive been to denver a few times and always make it a priority to visit this place just becauae its such a cool atmosphere. Great music too! Total vibes.

If you’re after a laid-back spot with creative toasted subs and a fun vibe, Cheba Hut on Colfax nails it. The moment you walk in, you feel the casual, friendly energy — it’s the kind of place you want to drop by when craving something relaxing but satisfying. The menu’s full of interesting options: subs toasted just right, plenty of meat, veggie, and custom combinations, plus sides and munchies that hit the spot. What really stands out is how they balance bold flavors without going over the top — every bite feels intentional and fun. Service is warm and easygoing; the team seems genuinely into what they do. They help you navigate the menu, make it feel easy to order, and keep things smooth. All in all, Cheba Hut on Colfax is a go-to when you want more than just a sandwich — you want a little flavor adventure in a chill, friendly setting.
