Gorlami Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

Sauce and cheese were fine, but this is 100% frozen dough and it ruins it for me. 5 mins after you get the pizza it morphs from standard good hot pizza to obviously frozen dough cardboard pizza. Luckily the cheese and sauce saved it from being a total fail. If they started making their own dough this would be a fantastic pizza. I know most of you diners can’t tell things like that but many of us can. I’ve been to many places like this that clearly use frozen dough and sorry but that’s just sad and shows a complete lack of understanding what pizza is all...

When I saw the Whipped Ricotta on the menu, I knew it was right up my alley. I got the Olive Oil Whipped Ricotta with Roasted Red Pepper Jam & Calabrian Chili Oil. It was very spicy, so I'd go for something less spicy next time.

The biggest downside for me was how slow it was. My husband and I had finished our meal from 3 other places before our food here was ready.

I ordered things from too many other places to try their pizza, but I'd definitely want to try...

The food was good. I had a meatball sub with a side salad. I would like to give them 4 stars but it seems like they don’t understand the concept of good hygiene. I had to tell both of their workers to wash their hands and put on gloves. I mean they were literally fixing my 6” sandwich with both of their bare hands at the same time. That’s absurd.
