This place is bomb! I love that they are open later. We went in around 9:30 and there were not as many people so we had very little time to wait. My friend is vegan and they made sure to use a sanitized freezer plate to roll up his vegan ice cream. The ice cream bases are delicious and the topping are plentiful. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not give this place your business. Dennis was my roller and he was kind and efficient.

The ice cream is great and the customer service was excellent! They were very kind when taking our order and making our ice cream. They made it feel like they truly care about each visitor that comes in :). I would come back again when we are in Destin!

One of the ice creams is a vanilla base, the mix-in is Oreo, the toppings are strawberry, chocolate chips, and white chocolate syrup. Next time I would substitute the white chocolate syrup for chocolate syrup.

I went here today and they had the audacity to use utensils that had been sitting in that nasty water. The lady cleaned the tip where they roll the ice cream and put the hunk into the Sam water that she was using utensils out of. I’m a tad bit confused bc I’ve been eating rolled up ice cream for years and never seen them store utensils in nasty water. When I asked for refund, the manager yells me we don’t do refunds but we can use a clean surface and clean utensils. This will never happen again. Make it make sense!
