Subway — Restaurant in Destin

I was on vacation in Destin and was craving Subway so I went. I walk in and am greeted with absolute silence as I wait for this lady to finish filling a tub of mayonnaise. I stand for about 5 minutes waiting with NO WORDS SAID. this lady then, her name is Alicia, asked me what I would like. I tell her what I want and again no words are said. She did not even ask if I would like my sandwich heated or toasted and she also proceeded to not speak. She put the wrong cheese and the wrong bread on my sandwich and put it in the heater without asking anything first so I did not want to make her redo my sandwich at that point. I could get past all of that, until I ask for two cookies. I then step away to fill my fountain drink while she loads my bag and I come back and pay. No “have a good day!” or “Thanks for coming!”, just silence. I get back to my condo and find no cookies despite being charged for cookies. Went in after an online order with multiple people and orders. Our order was correct but one of the people we went with received a sandwich they didn't order. We waited and when the orders finally were ready, I asked for my drink and the you black woman that waited on us was very rude about it. She first told me to get a bottled drink, but I told her I ordered a fountain drink. She rudely asked for my receipt and handed me a cup, and then proceeded to give a glancing look when I picked up my chips. We left, realized the other order was wrong and the other person went back. He approached her about the wrong order and she was instantly rude to him. She said the mistake was his fault and made him order another sandwich, which she would have done if she wasn't already rude. Hands down she...

Let me start by saying this is our Subway. We eat here probably 3 or 4 times a month. Always walk in and take home. Other than being out of certain items once in a while (typical in Destin), I would say they are 5-stars! This review is strictly for this order. It was the first (and last) time we did the online ordering and pickup. Did NOT go well! Out of three orders, all three were way off. It's just sad because the order receipt was well organized with toppings but everything was still incorrect somehow. With these pickup type orders, you really can't unwrap everything in the store before bringing it home. Oh well, we will go back to the original way...
