tripple dipper 14.99: a good choice if you dont know what to get. The mozzarella sticks are amazing!

Service: 30 minute wait for a table. but it was understandable because we had six people

The worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. You could tell the waiter didn't want to be there. Impatient, sighing and rolling his eyes while taking our order, slightly rude remarks. He Didn't properly introduce himself either. I had to ask another server for his name.

never checked on us. Didnt come to check for drink refills. We tried to ask another server for refills, She ended up telling him. He walked pass us without even looking, then walked pass again and said he'll get us refills. When he finally got them, he brought all new cups. We said thank you. He walked away without a word and left all six empty cups and empty appatizer plates. We could barley eat. Our dishes were hanging off the edge of the table while we ate. It was unbelievable. I have never asked for a manager in my life! But i was so close. I understand the frustration that comes with the service industry (which is why I always try to leave great reviews for the employees to let them know they are appreciated) but wow. And we were so nice!! Not once were we not polite even after all that. We ended up asking another server to help clear the dishes. I asked for his name and she told me. He was nearby and heard that. He FINALLY came and asked if we were ok.

one person was still deciding what they wanted, he never came back to get their order. We had to flag him down for that. Which made the food come way later than the rest.

we eventually had to flag him down and and ask him to clear the cups and plates. As if it wasn't obvious.

we assumed he was having a bad day and he was like that with all tables. But then he asked a table next to us if they were doing ok, something he didnt do for us. I couldn't help but be bothered. I was so sick by it i could barely Finnish my meal. It was a terrible feeling. couldnt bother with desert I was ready to get out of there.

He finally ask how we were doing when he wanted to ask if we wanted togo boxes...most likely his way of telling us to leave. Gladly!

while paying he apologized and said that his father died an hour ago. He should have been sent home to grieve. They weren't busy. There wasn't a line out the door and there looked to be plenty of people standing around "supervising" who could have took over his section. Its horrible for the employee and its horrble for the customers who have to get the other end of the employees grief. Horrible managing. He (understandingly) was not in the right state to provide...

We have come from the UK and every time we come here we have always come to Chili's for the first night. First off we had to wait 40 minutes for a table - Which turned out to be nearly an hour. The air con was on and it was freezing.

After we were taken to our table we noticed everything was quite dirty. The ketchup bottle, menus, little pay tablets on the tables all were just sticky, greasy and had food over it. We used our hand sanitisers wipes to clean it.

Hardly any IPAs in stock. Our cocktails just tasted like watered down squash.

We have been here 12 times now and always loved it . Each time I have the waffles and chicken so I was so sad to hear this was gone. I opted for fajitas instead. The others had ribs. Dinner came. The rice was so hard. Our fajitas were small and not 'sizzling' and was just a little soggy. We had to send back the ribs as they were cold and so were the chips. We were 2 cutleries short on the table.

The waitress seemed lovely. And friendly. And when asked if everything was OK we said erm yeah, it's not the best food we've eaten here unfortunaly. She didn't really delve. Just took our plates.

We left most of our meals unfortunately. When it came to paying our table halved the bill. My families cut didn't leave a tip as I was going to do a cash tip at the end so i asked her to help me press $0 tip as id just pay cash. My father then left the tables tip whilst paying on the ipad thing. So as we were getting ready to leave she came over and moved bits around the table and come over to me and said 'sorry, are you going to give me my cash or not?' I said ' oh I was but my dad left you the tip on the ipad. So I dont need to do the cash part now' she huffed, gave me a rude look. Grabbed the 2 coke glassed and barged my sister in law out the way and stormed off.

We were so taken a back by this. Even the table next to us said how rude she was and couldn't believe it. We really didn't understand what went wrong AND she was given a tip. So why was she so rude? Were not from america so don't understand the etiquette in this situation BUT I've never been asked 'where is my cash' before. It was so unprofessional and rude.

We are here for 2 weeks and normally this consists of 4 chili's trips. Unfortunately this won't be happening again.

Rude staff, unclean, cold, cold soggy food, watery tasting cocktails and it really has gone down hill. Sorry for the bad review but it really wasn't a good experience on...

Not A good one ! Ordered on-line for curbside pickup.. Got there and decided to go in to let them know I was there .. First off they couldn't find my order in the system .. Then they finally found it, so I went ahead and payed for it, cause we didn't pay for it online .. The girl at the register told me as soon as it was ready they would bring it out .. Waited and Waited, several people went in and came out with there food, and I know some Ordered right there because I was in there when they placed their orders, which was after mine of coarse .. Finally after about an Hour, I went back up to the door to check on my order, and the door was locked .. Manager was at the cash register, I guess closing it out .. I knocked on the door, and they all stood there looking crazy until I put my receipt up against the window, then someone finally comes to the door .. I asked where was my order, one of the girls standing there says: Well we were waiting on them to come pay for the order ( That's what she told the manager ) but the girl who took my order was standing there too and said nothing .. I had the receipt showing I payed for the order .. So the whole time we had been sitting out there just about, my order was ready sitting there getting cold .. So after that little bit of confusion, they basically gave me my order and gave me the look to just get the Hell out .. No one seemed concerned about the fact that my food was cold, or that I had been sitting out there for about an hour, and no one came to check to see why we were still out there .. Not even the Manager seemed concerned .. I was visiting the area, but you can be assured when I do come back to the area, I will definitely take my business elsewhere and not at this restaurant.. I hope you have a better experience...
