Wonderful Hand-Pulled Noodle — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

HOLY CRAP! Oh my God, I CANNOT emphasize how AMAZING this restaurant is! I stopped in on a whim before a concert and I was greeted with a unique experience and amazing food. The chef was a friendly, funny, and clearly experienced person. You get to watch and talk to the chef and he has had been pulling noodles for 16 years and is extremely skilled. You can see the whole kitchen from almost any seat in the house and it is extremely clean and clearly well run. The food came out quick and was 10/10 and very satisfying, I personally recommend the soup (it is similar to pho, I think one bowl would cure my ailments). Not too mention the wait staff is friendly, attentive, and informative! I cannot say a single bad thing about this restaurant, and to me that is quite impressive. I don't even live in Orlando but I have come out of my way multiple times and intend to keep doing so as long as they are open! In all I actually cannot recommend this restaurant enough, and that is something I do not do often this is a fun amazing experience you don't get anywhere else. The price is great the portions are bountiful, everyone here is clearly honest and hard working. I went with 4 other people so we were all able to try lots of different things. First we got the crab rangoon, which is made in house. It was perfect, crispy and creamy. Three of us got different kinds of stir fry noddles. The veggies and noodles had this amazing flavorful but light sauce. Then the noodles in soup was AMAZING. I would definitely get it. The broth was a light vibe but good flavor. The noddles were also more bouncy due to it being cooked different. The portion sizes were very large as well. My plate was $15 for about 3 meals. I had the pleasure of dining at Wonderful Hand Pulled Noodles, and it absolutely lived up to its name. I ordered the beef braised brisket soup with hand-pulled noodles, and it was excellent from start to finish.

The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—comforting without being too heavy. The beef brisket was incredibly tender and packed with savory depth, clearly slow-cooked to perfection. But the real star of the dish was the hand-pulled noodles: fresh, chewy, and full of that perfect handmade texture you just can’t get anywhere else.
