Visited on a Sunday, the 4th of July. By first impression they have a very short menu, because that’s what is posted outside. When I got into the door and they were ready to take my order I noticed they have a much larger menu, which led to what seemed like frustration by the gals working. My daughter got the southwest bagel sandwich and said it was very good. My son got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, which he said was good. I had the GF bagel with the spicy Mexican cream cheese (basically cream cheese with jalapeño and cayenne)-very good, but there was barely any on the bagel. The cream cheese was good, the bagel was not. It was the most dry GF bagel I have ever had, and it was not even warm. My husband got an Americano. The price for those 4 things was $27, which wouldn’t be that big of a deal but they charge 1.50 for a bagel and then 3.50+ for cream cheese, and the amount is so inconsistent. My GF bagel that had the upcharged CC barely had any on it, the plain cc was about an inch thick. I wouldn’t go back for a GF bagel, but my family liked their food a lot. The man at the register was very very nice and had a very...

Food (bagels) are good. Timeliness could be better with more than one employee in the morning when the train is about to board and there's a line of passengers. Also the chick that made my order, apparently, didn't like my answer of, "no that's it" when she asked if I wanted anything else. Should I have ordered a dozen bagels or something? Sorry one bagel is too cheap for her. Obviously no tip given. I have hearing loss (wear hearing aids) so I didn't hear her but the employee said something rude after my innocent comment. Had I heard it I would have talked to her right then but I wasn't told until the moment had passed. This city wants to act like they're all about love and peace with a heavy left vibe unless the person speak bluntly and plainly and doesn't sit on either side of the political fence. I dont care one ounce about left or right. I speak bluntly as to not be misunderstood. Be a better human and think logically, not emotionally, for once. Let's see if they'll skip replying since most places that don't care about customer service, it seems, skip replying to...

These bagel workers are working so incredibly fast that it gave anxiety to know that they weren't being paid at least thirty dollars an hour. I worry for their health. The bagels are relatively expensive and decently tasty. Really, it all comes down to the ingredients because a bagel worker Can only put enough care (which is plenty) into assembling ingredients when they are moving at light speed. No matter how good the food is or service, Knowing that these guys make anything less than twenty five an hour which was implied by their body language makes me severely uncomfortable and

I can't recommend this restaurant to anybody.

If you are going to charge $16 for a bagel sandwich of average quality and your line is out The door every morning, with only 2 workers using premade ingredients, You can't one 100% afford to pay them at least twice as much

To be clear, I did not ask Nor did they tell me their wage. I just told them that they deserve $30 an hour & they replied yeah that would be a livable wage,...

Cute little eatery with indoor and covered, outdoor seating.  We had egg and cheese breakfast bagels and coffees.  Quality of ingredients and the atmosphere were both really good.  Thumbs up! It was a little confusing regarding getting your food when it was ready.  That was the only negative for me.  We were outside next to the service window, and I guess they only call out orders inside when they're ready.
