As a guest in the hotel, we were so glad to see a restaurant on location. We came in around 6 for dinner and to watch Thursday night football. Everything went south from here. Quality of drinks, food, and above all service were poor to say the least. After requesting, the tv was never changed, there was moldy tomato in my house salad, one of my children’s plates came out (incomplete) 10-15 minutes before my other child. Etc etc I could go on and on and that’s horrible as working in the restaurant industry for several years I usually have an abundance of grace and patience. I hope they improve because it is an awesome opportunity...

Restaurant table wasn't clean and server given us silverware with some food gunk on the silverware NASTY so we asked if they had any plastic forks they did have some we used that to eat are salads the salad had some spoiled leafs the burgers were burnt Took awhile to get are food only 4 other people in the restaurant A young couple that order after us got there food before us 17 minutes later we get are food Hopefully the restaurant improves the next time we stay here...
Read moreZERO if possible. They have cards in other hotels-this isn't even in my hotel-so what's the point? Also- there's no way to contact them-no one answers any of the phone numbers i've found. The number on the receipt is some lady's voicemail for a restaurant downtown....so i left a message with the Holiday Inn front desk to cancel my order. We'll see if I get charged or not....
