The wraps are pretty good over here. My favorites are the Southwest, C&J, Superman, and Potato Ranch. With that said, my complaint comes from picking up an order. I don't live in town to get these wraps all the time, and when I do, I have to travel 2 hours to pick it up and find time to get off work (since they are only open on the weekdays). So, when I order and pick up my order, items are usually missing, such as if I order cookies, chips, sauce on the side, etc. I should check my order before leaving, but sometimes I'm in a rush, or someone else picks up my order. Today (12/15/22) was one of those days. I had someone pick up my order, and cookies were missing, along with the sauce (original) not being in my wrap. I paid extra for "extra sauce on the side," which I received, but I also wanted the original sauce in the wrap it came with. When I received it, it was one of those moments when you are craving a particular food and finally receive it but are disappointed. Yeah, this has happened before. I will go back, but as much as I like this place, I won't go back anymore if...
Read moreWhat a unique concept--only wish there could be one of these back home! It's a family run business and boy do they have it down. Everything is perfectly managed from the moment you walk in the store. The wraps are made to order and take a few minutes, so if you are in a rush, no problem, just order ahead online. They'll tell you exactly when your order will be ready down to the minute so easy to plan. Inside a very tired urban mall in downtown Durango, what the space lacks in atmosphere, the crew and the food makes up for ten fold. went with a bunch of family so was able to sample a variety and none disappointed. The wrap is a thin pizza-like dough that's grilled first, then topped, then put in the pizza oven and folded up. The result is a super crispy texture with fresh and tasty fillings. The homemade pesto and other sauces are delish. Great experience from start to finish. Wish I lived in Durango so I...
Read moreWalked in with my two kids around 1130am to an empty restaurant but a bustling kitchen. While looking at the menu, the worker informed me they had a lot of “orders on the line” & it would be over an hour for any order I placed in-person right then. I said “oh… we can’t wait that long.” To which he replied that he understood & we could try ordering online another time. We don’t live here. He wasn’t rude, and while I appreciate his honesty before I ordered, we weren’t a large party or a big impact on the kitchen. It seems to me the inability to handle a small in-person order is signs of poor time management. Maybe workers were out, or there was a reason for their inability to handle customer volume that wasn’t communicated to me. But for me, it’s not worth the hassle. Manage your kitchen time better. It’s a 0/10 from me. Do not recommend. Risk of service taking too long far outweighs any...
