Starbucks — Restaurant in Everett

Before ordering, I asked the barista if it would be more convenient for HER for me to read out my order or show her a picture; she chose the latter. After she took my order from the picture and I paid, my drink came out missing cold foam (not a big deal). When I asked for it to include cold foam like I ordered, a different barista gave me attitude and proceeded to gaslight me, insisting that I should have included it in my order—despite me literally showing my photo with it to the cashier. It’s bad enough that this place doesn’t have mobile ordering, but apparently, illiteracy and gaslighting are also rife...

While their food and drinks are excellent the girl at waited on us gave us have our order walked away and began to wait on another customer and then got irritated when we asked for the rest about order and said she would get it when she was done waiting on that customer I'm pretty sure you supposed to finish the customer you're waiting on and then move on to the next one I don't think it really would have killed her to put the cake pop in a bag and handed to my aid in the time it took her to take the next 2 orders It did seem that the young lady was not pleased at having...

I came in for my favorite drink strawberry acai they told me they ran out they didn’t have it so I went home came back again the next day early before work around 9:45 am asked for it and they did have it but when the drink was giving to me it was more water then anything and was giving to me without the strawberries when I asked why they said they didn’t have any so frustrating how are you called Starbucks but don’t ever have anything this Starbucks sucks in general .
