I'm going to assume this is the McDonald's off of 320th in Federal Way so to start off with I tried taking an ordering on the app and was not let me do the order so the person wanted me to drive up and go in the store end up do my order that way I finally got the situation in control that was able to order online then I got up I pulled in the spot I pushed number six because that was where my order was to be taken out to me for drop offs out there after sitting there watching their drive-thru lane keep emptying out people and noticing the cars were leaving behind me after three times going through everything and I still have not received any order out to my car and it is already 20 minutes I was sitting out there and all I ordered from them at that time was a large sweet tea and I ordered the value meal the one that had the chicken sandwich before nuggets and a small Coke so after me sitting outside and noticing finally won their employees came out just to do walk around I asked her come towards me and explain to her what was going on and she went back inside and then shortly about 10 minutes after talking to her my food was finally brought out to me so I took my order from the girl and I drove off and proceeded to finish getting started on my thing that I had planned to do I finally reaching my bag to find now that all my food is cold The french fries are cold the chicken nuggets were cold and also the chicken sandwich The only thing they got right was the small Coke and the large sweet tea. I do not know what the issue is with the 320th McDonald's there in Federal Way once many moons ago I talk to one the lady managers that was in charge of the owner stores there in Federal Way and then finally to the manage himself after still have a mess-ups on large orders and his comments to me at that time was look you have to understand we hire teenagers and we finally get what we pay for so even with these short orders I'm going through and give them another chance now again this seems to be the same recurring nightmare and no this is not the first time I've been in a long time I've been in several other times trying to give him another chance and I just keep getting worse and worse with more excuses still waiting for the manager to call me back they did not work that weekend they weren't going to come back in until Monday and no call back at all again so maybe they do a lot better if you go in the store for the orders I don't know maybe that's because they got to be held accountable more than they do for drive-thru and for the outside pickup because both those areas have very big issues that need...
Read moreI’ve pretty much had it with this location. Unless you order during their lunch/dinner rush, you’re rolling the dice, with terrible odds, for awful food and worse service. The rush times simply make it less likely to get terrible food. I ordered a quarter pounder and 2 McDoubles at around 830pm today. Food looked like it was assembled by blind, uncaring people and is so badly prepared that it made one of us nauseous. She said the quarter pounder tasted spoiled. It was blackened, dry and rubbery. My McDoubles were also rather dry and tasted off. Ketchup and mustard shot on the edge of the bun and all over the wrapping and 1/4 pounder box. If I could find a phone number to call and complain to ownership, I would have by now.
This is about the 20th+ time I’ve been very disappointed by this location. It’s a real shame. McDonald’s is a system for a restaurant that is made to run smoothly, consistently and properly. These employees stand around, either talking to other employees while food piles up waiting to be bagged and given to people waiting at the counter or acting annoyed when you finally ask for your order after waiting 15+ minutes. Don’t tell me it’s about being short staffed either, because it’s not that. They are short of good employees who care and presumably managers who will lead their team. Read moreToday, McDonald's has failed me. It's been a while since I dined in. My experience was terrible. I ordered through the new self order screen. I then grabbed a number tray and inputted it into my order and then sat down. I put my number out on the table. About 10 minutes later I hear my order called. I turn and looked straight into the Manager/Supervisor's eyes. They put my food at the counter and left. What is the number tray for if I have to go get my food. I wasn't trying to be lazy. I'm just wonder what the number tray is for. Anyways, I tried again. I went to get a mcflurry again using the same method. This time when she called my number. I yelled out loud my number. She didn't care. They left it on the counter. For the food. I felt like my fries was stale. I didn't eat the fries. I told another worker nicely if I can get another one. I give the workers a 3 but the Manager/Supervisor I give a ZERO.
Update: Jun 24, 2025 Decided to dine in again. Holy Camoly. They are still terrible. This time I waited 30 minutes for my food. I talked to the workers and told there 3 Managers on site. I only got one name ALEX. After talking to some of the employees which was nice. I told them I going to write a review. They told me the manager doesn't care because they told the workers to just keep working. They said the managers S!@ks.
