Say it ain't so! Say it ain't so! Okay! Here we go. We were in a very large RV with an AC on top. As well as other accessories. Pulled up to see the entire lobby full of people waiting for their orders and the drive-thru line not moving at all. So we decided to sit and wait. It appeared that they were doing the mobile pickup orders and bringing them outside. So we did that. Placed our order. It allowed us to do the mobile pickup in the app. Then we get a notification somehow that it switched and we need to share names in the drive-thru as we pull up. Well, there's the issue. I don't think we can actually fit through the drive-thru. So I knock on the door and I'm constantly waved away. Decide to walk around to the drive-thru window. Patiently waited until one of the vehicles let me approach the window so I knocked and was pleasant. I asked if they could just bring our mobile order out when it was ready. That way we didn't have to risk messing up our RV. I glanced up at the overhang and could see where it appeared many other vehicles had already scraped. I did not want the same fate for our vehicle.
I was told no. That I had to follow the instructions like everyone else did or they would cancel my order. Fine! Not a problem at all. With some skillful maneuvering I felt we could make this work.
We get in line and eventually get up to the window. This is where the fun begins.
I see this white male with latex gloves on and a hat doing pull-ups behind the lady taking orders with no gloves on. I'm hoping that he's not going to be handling our food. Then I see the woman who was taking the orders dark complexion, grabbing our cups fingers inside the interior of the cups and around the top part where our mouths go as she's adding ice and drinks. Immediately I got frustrated didn't say anything to them, but glanced over at my other half and we had a conversation. Then I start seeing food fly. They were throwing food back and forth at each other in the kitchen and laughing and joking around. Then I see the young white male come back into the picture and he starts doing pull ups again. It appeared from my vantage point that they all retreated to the back where the food was being cooked and prepared. As they all started handling the food. Again laughing joking and singing or whatever was going on in there.
I get it, you get what you pay for. But wow my order was not inexpensive. Feeding four people after a long day in the sun. Plus an additional 2-hour drive home. We just wanted something quick to get on the road. And this took no less than an hour between all of the nonsense going on.
The third person that I saw, The woman who told us no that she would not bring the food out to us and to drive through the drive-thru. She, also had gloves on for a moment, then they disappeared and I started handling our food as well.
Food we ended up getting, although accurate to an extent, was cold and partially right. Seeing that we knew we would end up not eating that food, we just let it be. One of the food items was asked for no lettuce specifically in the app we notated that. And yes there was lettuce on it. Also no meat, wanted a refried bean hard taco with cheese solely. There was definitely meat on that...
The food fight that they were having and party that was seemingly going on with the kid doing push-ups really isn't the environment that was looking for my food to...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Bell location and have never had any major issues in the past. However, my experience during my recent visit was absolutely horrible and left me extremely disappointed.
To begin with, the service was poor. The person at the drive-thru window was unfriendly and dismissive, which set a negative tone right away. It felt like I was being rushed, and there was no courtesy shown at all.
We ordered a Mexican Veggie Pizza, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza base was spoiled and tasted like it had expired, which is completely unacceptable. Because of the spoiled food, both my wife and I got sick later in the day, which is extremely concerning. Serving food in such poor condition is a serious health risk and needs to be addressed immediately.
To add to the frustration, I ordered a medium soda, but the cup was mostly filled with ice, leaving very little soda to actually drink. It felt like a way to cut corners, which only made the overall experience worse.
This visit was a complete letdown. Between the spoiled food, poor service, and lack of value, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality and customer service because this was unacceptable. I’m hesitant to return to a place I...
Read moreI'm being generous with this review, only because Taco Bell hits the spot for dinner whenever I'm working my second shifts at work. I'm gonna be honest as well, Does this Taco Bell have a nacho cheese shortage? I want to know, because anytime I order anything that includes the tasteless nacho chips with cheese sauce or the Nacho Fries, you get maybe a half an ounce of cheese sauce, 3 chips and it's over and done with. I want to blame the drivers but I can't, since they pick up the food, Let's blame the manager who sets the standard for Togo orders, and it seems to be at this location only that doesn't seem to care about repeat customers or customer care. I had an order picked up via Uber eats, never got a straw, the drink seemed to have been made first, which led to the ice melting. The food wasn't hot or kept hot, leading the Nacho bell grande becoming inedible. Thank Buddha they put the Luxe meal in a box this time. This isn't even a very busy location and I hate to shun the employees and managers, but you guys have to put in a better effort for guests. Stop forgetting items like the hot sauce in the Togo...
