My family and I went to this location on Friday 4/9/2021. After a long and frustrating day at work, all my husband wanted were bww. So we decided to drive the 40 mins to go. We got to the restaurant and to our surprise, it wasn't too busy. The hostess was friendly and got us sat right away. At this point the time is around 6:40pm that we sat. After sitting for 5 mins, we were finally greeted by our server. He took our drink order and left to get them. One by one we received our drinks and we decided to order some appetizers. About 10 to 15 mins later the server stopped to see if we were ready to order ( around 7:20pm), so we did. My husband and I ordered 20 boneless wings, a basket of wedges and a kids cheeseburger for our son. My friend ordered 20 boneless wings and a basket of wedges with queso and bacon on top. Appetizers come out and our friends chili con queso is missing the chili portion of it. Our server never came back to check on us after that. At this point the restaurant is filling up with more customers. It's just a couple minutes shy of 8:00pm and we still had no food in front of us. I noticed that our table was seated outside our server's section which would explain why we were an easy after thought. He walked by and noticed our table empty and kept walking. Then he came over and said he just went in the kitchen and could see our ticket, which means it would be coming up in the next few mins because the kitchen got slammed with orders (even though we ordered before everyone else got there to where they were super busy.) So we said no problem, we understand. Not even 5 minutes later and our server passed by and said he had bad news for us and continued to bring his other table their drink. When he came back, he stated the computers had a glitch and it deleted all the food....including our ticket that he said he had just seen. So now he had to retake our order, we had been sitting at the restaurant now for just about 90 minutes. The server said he was going to rush the order and let management know so they could stop by. About 5 minutes later Jerry the "manager" stopped at our table. The only thing he said to us was "sorry the food is taking long, I'm going to check on it" and took our our appetizer plates. ANOTHER 30 minutes pass and another server showed up with my husband and I's wings. They came out as traditional wings when they were supposed to be boneless. We informed the server that was dropping them off and he took them and brought them back. 5 minutes later our friends wings came out and my sons burger. In all this time, our server never came to our table to check on us. Another 5 mins after our friends food came, our server finally appeared. He asked if there was anything he could get us. I said "yes...our food." I told him our order game out incorrect, we still haven't received the 2 baskets of potato wedges. He apologized and said he would go check. Another 15 minutes and our wings came out correctly but still no baskets of potato wedges. We also had no drinks left and had to stop the hostess to ask if she could get us water because our server was nowhere to be found. Finally, he comes with the water. We tell him that we still don't have potato wedges and to be honest we didn't want ours at this point. Our friend still wanted his, which they did bring out. However, the wedges came with bacon and shredded cheese instead of queso as ordered. At this point we were all very frustrated. The server kept apologizing and said he was going to talk with Jerry and see what could be done for us because we had to wait so long for food. When he did come over, he started by saying he heard a brief portion about what had happened. My husband so angry with our experiences told him that there was no way they could be expecting us to pay for food that took over 2 hours, which Jerry agreed. Read moreI ordered online to pick up wings (30) and one order of mozzerella sticks at 8:30pm tonight. The email receipt I received said the food would be ready by 9:00pm. When I arrived the parking lot was less than half full. I went in and paid and stood to the side - right in front of the to go area, clearlt visible to the young lady who was working the to go area. The young lady working to go was very overwhelmed with multiple calls and walkin traffic. After waiting an additional 15 mins from when I first arrived and paid - I went back up to the counter and asked where my food was...her response was - have you ordered? I said yes - online and then I came in 15 mins ago and paid you. She disappeared to the back and said my food wasn't ready. I waited another 10 mins and then asked her to get a manager. The manager - another young lady came out and said ((I am sorry sir - we are working on your food)). I ordered at 8:30, paid at 8:50, asked for my food at 9:05 and spoke to the Manager at 9:15, received my food at 9:23....the Manager brought it out again and apologized again. I just looked around - the establishment - not busy - 6 other people came in and their orders were ready right away - I finally realized when I returned to the hotel that on my receipt stapled to my food - that my order wasn't taken in until 8:57 and then my wait time as per their own receipt was 18 mins and 13 seconds from then.
So, if my online order was processed on time like all the other people who came in while I was in the store over 30 mins - I wouldn't have had an issue.
The food was just fine - I was just disappointed by the service and definitely the manager - who made no real effort to understand the situation....she just apologized and felt that was sufficient enough for me to accept. Because she had to go back to the kitchen and help get out other orders - so it just seemed like they were short staffed.

My server a middle aged lady waited my table and told me there are no specials on a Wednesday yet I heard the male server on the table behind me tell them there were beer specials. She then took 20 minutes to come back and take my drink order. I asked her how long will the food take and she looked at me as if I insulted her. She said it will take about ten minutes and the reason for the long wait is because she got sat several tables at the same time. This however was after her greeting me and telling me she was unsure if it was her turn to greet my table but he chose to take it anyway.
So my bacon double cheeseburger arrives and it was delicious however I was not provided any silverware. I had to ask for ketchup.
Here's the best part, I ordered a chips and salsa and it arrives. Guess what, the salsa is EXTREMELY spicy. I told my server lady in front of the person who brings the food out and she said "ohhh its spiiicyyy" very sarcastically which brought up my suspicion. I was only able to take 2 or 3 more bites before my mouth was burning. I personally believe the server instructed the kitchen to make my salsa spicy and that's terrible because I never was rude to her and that is very unprofessional. Ive never ever had a salsa that spicy at Buffalo Wild Wings. I am contemplating if corporate will be notified by this extremely unethical and unprofessional behavior by the server.
Speaking of unprofessional, a 4 top was sat next to me about 10 minutes after and another server helped them out first and took food and drink orders first than me.
Honestly I think this restaurant may not be that bad, just avoid the middle aged light skin woman as your server (late 30s early 40s). Terrible. Ill probably never eat there again. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I am not one to complain.
