We went this past weekend to celebrate my friends birthday. Everything was fine until the end of the night. They came upstairs at 1am to let us know they would be shutting the pool room down in 30 mins. I had put money in the jukebox to play songs and our set of songs were coming up in rotation. About 15 mins later (1:15pm) the jukebox was turned off. I asked the other bouncer if he could turn it back on which he did. Xavier the other bouncer came up there so rude and said gruffly “I turned it off for a reason” I told him he was being an asshole for no reason as our songs were next to be played. He was arguing with me saying there’s 50 songs to be played and they weren’t ours. I had been going up to the jukebox to see what were the next 5 songs to be played & know for a fact purse were the next 5. He told us we needed to leave and was acting like the money I put in the jukebox wasn’t a big deal. He asked me how much I spent and kept reaching into his pockets to give me my money and I called his bluff and he proceeded to kick us out. We got into a back and forth argument with him because of his demeanor and how rude he was to us. I kept asking him for his name and he kept being a jerk saying “security”. I asked another bouncer what his name was and they told me Xavier. Idk if that was his true name but he definitely needs to be coached on how to talk to people in a more professional manner. I didn’t know such a big deal would be made by the jukebox police. The other bouncer was trying to be accommodating and he was so rude to him as well. We spent good amount of money here only to be treated like trash in the street. First and last...

So I’m a regular here , and I came in today because I wanted to eat n have a drink ... so when I came in I used the restroom ( I’m losing my hearing so I’m suffering with vertigo) the bartender heard me throwing up and when I came out of the restroom to order, she said have you been drinking all day because I heard you throw up. I said no I’m sick and she made my drink and rolled her eyes , then proceeded to walk to the other servers and tell them what just happened , they all looked at me , which is extremely rude and embarrassing .. so when she came back I just told her never mind.. sure I have been there before and drank like any other person , but to automatically assume something like that is HORRIBLE ! I’m going through a life change right now , and after I go to the dr tomorrow I plan on coming back up here and showing my results because , I’m extremely offended ! I’ve been coming here since I was 21 and I’m now 28 , and I must say this isn’t kind .... I AM EDITING THIS NOW ITS 5/12/18 and I have been diagnosed with MÉNIÈRES DISEASE !!!!!!! This place should separate their offerings for review—club/bar vs restaurant. I’ve been for lunch/early dinner and have been surprisingly satisfied for the price—3 stars for good service and quality of food for the price. I’ve been there a couple of times now for some night time fun—not really because it stands out as a great place but because it’s one of only 2 places downtown with the possibility of a DJ. Both times it did the job because well , we were there, the music had a beat, not impossible to get a drink, eh why not. But the biggest issue I have is that it is a very messy drunk crowd. BOTH times we had to alert the bouncers to jerks that had their hands all over females on the dance floor, females that obviously didn’t want their advances. The first time they kicked the one guy out immediately, that impressed me, but the recent second time the bouncer gave this other guy “another chance”, he’d keep an eye on him. Not cool.
