3.5 all day every day. 1st, they are in a bad location and get overlooked. A quick stop in for lunch due to the heat and it not being busy at all. No one was here. The three ladies working were bored. I ordered the new Quesabirria Burger. It is average in every way. The bun was toasted but was overly coated. The patty itself was cooked correctly and to my liking. There are no issues there. The taste was there along with thickness of the patty. A full bun sized tomato and other ingredients to bring in the quesabirria flavor wasn't there. It was overcooked to almost a burnt after taste, and texture was truly disappointing. This is a quick lunch burger place with different menu selections trying to mix it up. Do expect more than that. Coming by once is really all I need. There is not a real reason to come back. Nevertheless, if you haven't gotten your one stop, give it a shot. Cheers

I’ve tried CHB twice and came back with the same experience. The first time was years ago when they 1st opened. Several years later I hoped for better. My biggest issue is they ask how you would like it cooked. Both times requested medium rare. Both times received well done. If you aren’t going to come close why ask. Jakes/Fred’s/Dutches doesn’t ask and I’m fine with how they come out. I went with the bacon cheeseburger. I asked for mustard instead of mayo. I was told there the packets were. I wouldn’t of expected it to be too much to have basic condiments. The burger ended up coming with lettuce and tomato on it which the menu doesn’t state. The burger overall tasted fine. The bun is excellent. The jalapeños were also good. I would of asked for extra jalapeños and onion.

Sitting right in downtown Fort Worth, it's better to park and walk to the restaurant. It's a small place but cozy. I had the Chophouse Burger with bacon and fries. Burger was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very good! There's different cheese options and several add ons such as fried eggs! They also offer turkey burgers and chicken sandwiches.. When i was all done, I tried one of their hand made specialty milk shakes called the Italian Nut Job.. Haha. It was vanilla with hazlenut and nutella!! So good!! The little girl at the counter acted as if we were ruining her day by giving her something to do, but the manager was really friendly and helpful. We'll go back sometime.

I ordered a turkey burger with fries online and had a coworker to pick it up on September 20 Once I bit into it, it had a very amazing taste however, after my first bite I noticed it was completely raw in the center and the fries were old and cold. I walked back to chop house on my lunch break and was informed they ran out of turkey burgers but offered to make anything on the menu for me. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and walked back to work. When I opened the new bag, there absolutely no fries in the bag and the chicken had been fried in old grease, you could even smell it. I was mortified and starving. I called chop house and spoke to the GM and asked for a full refund. He assured me he would just take the “charge off”. I stayed on the phone with him while he found the charge in his system. On the 23rd, my card was charged. I called again on the 24th and spoke to the neighboring manager who explained how he sometimes manages this place to give the other managers a break. He also assured me he would clear the charge and it should go back into my account within 24hrs.... today is the 26th. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this location. It’s one thing to sell raw, old food but it’s a complete difference and disrespect to not honor your word or make it right. This was my very first time ordering from these guys! I walk past them everyday on my break for food runs but once my coworker raves about them, I had to try it....

The food at this burger joint was good for the price, but the service and food safety was pretty concerning. The staff was not knowledgeable about the price of common items on the menu, as well as not knowing, or attempting to find out, the actual amount of meat used in their burgers. When asked about the size of the burger the serves gestured vaguely, and upon asking about the specific size, simply shrugged. There was no customer service to be found at all, the employees acted like they didn't care about us or the restaurant whatsoever. While dining, I witnessed the servers and cook eating and drinking in the kitchen, and then resuming normal tasks without any washing of hands or changing gloves. If this level of disregard for food safety was publicly visible, I am terrified to know what rules they ignore out of the public eye. Not somewhere I'd recommend AT ALL, considering the low quality food and horrible experience. I'd love to believe that someone was having a bad day, but after seeing years of bad reviews for this location it's obvious that they don't care about...

Absolutely a wonderful experience. While being from the Fort Worth area, Fort Worth itself is largely unexplored by me. So from where I was I Googled for food near me, as one does, and I saw Chop House was close to me. It sounded good, so I decided to head there, and I'm glad I did. The interior was beautifully clean and well decorated, and the music was a very nice volume and selection. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, with everything on it which is something I typically don't do as I end up picky with my food, it just slipped my mind to take them off. So when I got my food I was upset with myself at first, but figured I'd try it as intended. And when I say this it's not lightly, it was EASILY one of the best burgers I've ever had. The Chipotle Mayo complemented everything, and the fries were perfectly crispy. And that's not even mentioning the wonderful woman who helped us out, who I unfortunately didn't see/get the name of, but she was a delight to talk to and get assistance from. Overall, it was wonderful and when I'm back in the area I know where...
