Subway — Restaurant in Four Corners

I ordered my food online to pick up which allows them 15-20 minutes to prepare the food so I wait outside until the expected time, however, I come pick it up and it’s not ready yet, how would it be? there was one person that was taking orders and preparing food for SEVERAL people. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes! There’s only so much one person can do by themselves, this is a very populated area, families come in every 5 minutes and it is completely delayed. The worker was trying their best despite it all but it’s unfair to them as well as customers who are expected to wait 40 minutes for overpriced sandwiches. Went in to get some food, one of them being a “kids meal” with only 3 people in front of us it took them 15 mins to get to us and after asking what we wanted finally I only had to repeat myself 4 times for him to comprehend what bread I wanted, finally when it came time to paying we were charged everything of the kids meal separately, which totaled more than my foot long sub. What I got wasn’t even what I wanted, but to ask for tuna would have been too much after seeing the struggle to get meatballs after they ran out. Everybody seem to be very nice and helpful. And they understood I'm a picky person so they made my sandwich exactly how I liked it. The reason I give it three stars is because I come from a company that wears hair net. As soon as I grab my sandwich to bite it I saw a long hair in it and that kind of turned me off. But they did we make my sandwich and apologize for it so I understood but I would like for the manager or the owner of subway to suggest to wear hair nets because they do help.
