Arsenio's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Fresno

So me and my friend went there in the morning for breakfast burritos, the place was dead and no one in the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru was a straight up bi#h, our order was so simple one choizo and egg burrito and a machata burrito. All my friend asked was if they could put the sauce in the burrito instead of on the side, big additude on that simple request. Then at the drive thru window she handed us our food and I asked a simple question which burrito is which and this bi#h was all look at them they're marked! Hell we were afraid to ask for napkins, so will we every eat here again, NO! Was the staff friendly, NO! Was the price worth the food we got, Yes. But good food doesn't make up for piss poor service, it was Saturday and the place was dead and the employees acting like we were disturbing their lesure time, if you don't like working in a fast food joint on a Saturday morning go find another job. We weren't rude at all to this employee which was amazing because my friend might look beautiful on the outside but she pretty mean on the inside especially to rude bi#*hes! So I would just stay away from this place, there's a Robertito's half a block down from this place so go there. Better food and...

Upon entering this place and there being a lingering odor that didn't really exactly have the most appeasing scent....it felt like it was 100 degress inside of the restaurant and when I asked the only person who seemed to be working, if they could turn on the fans, she rudely informed me that they didn't work. Mind you, I forgot to mention that when I asked her about the fans, she was engaged in popping her pimples in the hallway to the bathroom where everyone can see and I watched to see if she would,go to the bathroom to wash her hands and she didn't, however that's not to say she didn't wash her hands in the kitchen but I have the feeling she didn't.....also there was the overpriced 7$ burrito that had only beans, rice and cheese.....to which I felt was a bit much....now I could go on about the taste of the burrito that tasted like an uncooked tortilla but I won't.....suffice to say it wasn't good...def not worth 7$! Could've went to pollo loco and got a brc for 1$!!!! Moral of the story, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOT, OVERPRICED, UNSANITARY, BAD...

I love rolled tacos. Last night mine were perfect. thin crispy tortilla and moist filling. I gave it a 4 star because there are days when Taco texture texture is a bit rubbery (not crisp) or the fillings dry. But This Time I could not be more thrilled Update: 1-24-25 for the longest time they have been really pretty good but today was extraordinarily mediocre I got the real tacos like I normally get at about 10:30 at night. I ordered the three rolled tacos with guacamole and asked if the chef would make him a little extra crispy. unfortunately, they're almost the exact opposite of my expectation the tortillas were blonde and barely fried thus making them chewy not crunchy and barely warm adding insult to injury there was maybe a tablespoon and a half if that of guacamole. Too tired to take them back and complain so I just ate them but as I was getting near the end of them the flavors was slightly off and quite honestly I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning something seems soured. God I hope I don't get sick tonight. Come on arsenio, I know you...
