Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

After having such an amazing experience at dominoes last week I was very looking forward to a great dinner of the exact same thing repeated. I gladly paid the $50 for dinner because I knew I would enjoy it however I was disappointed like every other time I’ve had dominoes. I guess the last time was just a fluke. I ordered two medium pizzas both with two toppings my thin crust pizza is cut into squares and has some basil sprinkle on half of it and my pan crust pepperoni pizza that I paid extra for both types of cheese and just pepperoni is not even fully baked and they only use the asiago cheese which was the topping I chose not the cheese selection. I also ordered two garden salad with Caesar dressing. I was sent to Cesar salad. The lettuce makes a difference. I haven’t even opened up my cookie because I’m sure it’s going to be either overcooked or undercooked at this point from everything else.

Update: I called the store right away after asking another person if it was eatable for them and they said no. The person that answered the phone at the dominos I ordered dinner from was very apologetic and offered to refund my money right away. Thank you for the great customer service. I hope to have another good dominoes experience in the future. Please keep working on the food...

I ordered over the phone, when I got there I had to tell the cashier I had an order for pick up (because he didn’t ask he was just standing there) the kid hands me my pizza and I told him I was missing my ranch and jalapeños. So he tossed me my ranch then goes to the back to get my jalapeños. As I watch him walk away to where the toppings are, this kid sticks his entire hand in the jalapeño container and grabs the jalapeños bare hand no glove or no tongs and puts them in a plastic container. I immediately told him “NO THaNK YOU” and left the pizza and walked out. I took a breather and went back to talk to the manger (I didn’t ask for my money back) I told her that I was disgusted by what happened and they need to be better with being sanitary and all she could say was…. “We don’t wear gloves when we make the pizza and we wash our hands”. Like ya I get that but this isn’t baked food this is fresh jalapeños that he touched with his bare hands…. Washed or not his nails still have germs and I didn’t see him wash his hands as he went straight to the back from the register. Then realizing the location I was in disgusted me...

I gave 3 stars- it’s not because they have bad pizza, but because they make excuses. 50% of our orders are cold. This location has always been our go to Dominos to order our pizza. When the delivery’s driver cannot find our home, they go back to the store and give us a call. We are told “ the delivery driver tried to call us but we didn’t answer, he knocked but you weren’t home, we went to your address but couldn’t find it after walking the entire complex”. Each time I look at my missed calls and I had nothing, I check my doorbell RING and nothing. I let the caller know that no one called or came by. So they say to me each time “we are going to re deliver”. That’s great, but our food is always room temperature. I think it’s horrible customer service. So I have come to the conclusion, I need to leave a review in hopes this particular location reads it and steps up their customer service game.
