Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Georgia

Food has went extremely down hill, definitely do not recommend. Go to Texas roadhouse or Longhorns if you want decent food that's fresh. I wish I had just went an exit down to Texas roadhouse instead, but we had been out shopping and just wanted something close by so we stopped in for an early dinner. I should have known when the parking lot was practically empty to leave. Family of 4, service was decent, until the food came. Started off well, salad and rolls were good, and server had a great attitude. Was a little perturbed at the roadhouse margarita because it tasted like nothing but straight mixer, but dealt with it. The food eventually came, my shrimp I ordered was undercooked and underseasoned, same for my daughters, although the skewers were literally black charred, all the shrimp was white and bland. The baked potatoes were NOT fresh and seemed to be cooked the day before and just heated back up. They were obviously brown inside and old, definitely not how a baked potatoe should be. Reminded me of a Wendy's potatoe that's sat in an oven all day until late at night. My son did not eat any of his ribs, because they were disgusting after he took one bite. I sent my food back, and honestly I should have sent it all back and walked out. The server offered to have them remake it, but if it was that bad being sent out the first time, what's the point in them sending me more? My family are usually not ones to complain, so did not tell me how terrible their entrees were until leaving the establishment. They do not like causing a scene and neither do I, but we were extremely unhappy with all of our meals. My husbands steak was undercooked after he asked for well-done. My daughters mac n cheese was dried up and old, the only other thing they got right was the french fries. After my plate was removed, the bill was still 105$. I have no problem spending 100-200$ on decent drinks and food. The servers attitude completely changed afterwards. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted extra rolls, and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted another drink, just brought the bill after I sent my entree back as if the server was annoyed with me sending back the lackluster and obviously old food, so her tip definitely reflected that. I'm not sure what's happened to this place because it use to be awesome and we have patroned this establishment for multiple years. They need to invest in a new cook apparently, because the food is definitely unappealing for the price. I left hungry and very much pissed off because I spent 105$ and still didn't get to eat dinner. Go anywhere else to spend your money! The worst experience at this restaurant I've ever had! I have eaten here many times over the years and never had such a bad experience as I had today! My husband ordered a rack of ribs and 2 plain baked potatoes. The waitress looked at him funny and asked 2 plain baked potatoes and he shook his head and replied yes. I ordered battered fish, waffle fries, and a salad. 10 minutes later, the waitress comes out and says they are out of ribs and asked my husband to order something else. He orders a rare steak and repeated he still wanted 2 plain baked potatoes. 10 more minutes...manager comes to the table and asked my husband did he want to order something else since they were out of ribs. The waitress didn't put in the new order. 10 minutes later, some other woman brings my husband's steak only with 2 bowls of pinto beans. He said that he ordered plain baked potatoes, not plain beans! No sign of my food, including my salad. She asked me if I ever got my salad and I said no. She brought me my salad. I took 3 bites of my salad before before she brought my fish. There was soo much breading that when I cut into the fish, all the breading didn't cook all the way through to where it was mushy on the inside. It was awful! My husband steak was even cold, but he was hungry and tried to eat it. I asked for the manager. He came out and I showed him my fish and my husband told him about his steak. He offered to get me something else, but I refused cause I didn't want anything else. The waitress aslo didn't offer anything else and didn't take care of us at all! This was my first time here my experience was terrible. I visited on 11/30 with my family we ordered appetizer & drinks. my sister an my dad ended up trading out the lemonade to sprite. The lemonade was watery the sprite was flat so they ended up getting the sweet tea that ended up being ok the appetizer came out that was fine it went downhill after that . While the server was nice & polite she gave us dinner rolls for the wait 40 minutes went by our entrees have not came out 5 people came in got their food before we did. We asked our server where was our food she said she didn't know after appetizer an rolls it took her awhile to come an check on us as her section was filling up. She went an check on the food said it was coming down the line. Another 15 minutes went by food finally came out.my dad an my sister got their correct order but mines was wrong. I ordered the Roadhouse mushroom burger with peppercorn sauce ended up getting a burger with bbq sauce. I told my server that my burger was not correct. She took it back meanwhile my dad an my sister were eating the 5 people that came in before us are now being checked out. The burger remake took forever!! So I was done! my dad an my sister paid for their meals I told the waitress I don't want the burger no manager came out an touch tables the kitchen was either under staffed, unorganized or plain out didn't care. I run a kitchen I know the importance of the entire establishment from front to back.
