After a day at Glenwood Springs Resort. Looked for a well rated place that served burgers. Found Glenwood Canyon Brewpub. Over 3,000 reviews and a 4.5, wounded good to me. Due to the reviews I thought this place would have either great food or great service. Started off on the wrong foot, upon entering looked outside saw an open table. Ask the hostess to be seated outdoor to enjoy the weather. Her statement was if you can wait 15 minutes while we rotate. As this was per the manager. I said fine and we were seated in the back which had some seated tables. When a customer request something they should try and please within reason. As I sat down, I took a look at the menu and saw the notice of 3% added for the kitchen and brewing staff? So an extra fee, because of the lack of pay by the restaurant? Instead of adding a “fee” how about raising the prices and the staffs salary accordingly. As a business owner, I know this is a way to avoid taxes and help yourself out. Adding a fee is just plain out lazy and cheap. Ordered the beer cheese soup, which was delicious. Ordered two Angus beef burgers with cheese, one well done and the other medium. Both were well done. Mine was actually room temperature along with the fries. I asked for my fries to be replaced. The server was pleasant. As for the food goes, maybe the rating was location and staff? Due to Food and policies they earn a stiff 3 rating.

This place is my ultimate favorite spot to eat and drink in all of Glenwood! The service is always wonderful, and the food is always so good! You can't go wrong with this place. They do get crowded during tourist season, so try to get in as early as you can as soon as they open at 11:00 a.m. This place is conveniently located under the bridge and directly across from the Amtrak station. They're also not very far from the Hot Springs Pool. Their brews are all so good, and they cater to everyone's pallete, so whatever you're in the mood for, they'll have. I usually go for their Raspberry Wheat, but sometimes they don't have it, so I'll ask about whatever wheat they have on tap and order it instead. They had a very mango wheat last I was in, and it went fabulous with their Pub Tacos, it also went perfectly with the hot summer atmosphere. I also recommend their fish and chips. They have the best throughout Glenwood. This is your place if you're in the mood for fish and chips. The portion is great and usually is cooked perfectly. Service is fast and consistent.

First time eating at the brew club! Loved it. Was very neat and clean inside. For the table we got a Tex mex burger, Buffalo wings and Mac & Cheese, Chicken Nachos and Todays Burger Special. We also had their homemade Rootbeer, an Irish Stout and Tequila Sunset. Everything was amazing, really truly great food. The team was even better then the food! Having worked in customer service for 10years myself I really appreciate the customer service aspect. Danny was our waiter he was very professional, polite, informative, patient and attentive. Aaron was the bartender and she did great the sunset was yummy and strong. Yesley was upfront seating customers in a timely fashion and great personality. We decided to buy some 6packs of their brewed beer I’m sure will be good! Thank you all for a great experience we will definitely be back. I work close by so may even get some to go orders! 🤓💗

Visited Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company with high expectations and left highly disappointed. If I were rating this restaurant based on our experience from our server then I would definitely rate it a 1. However, the restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and food was above average. Our waitress was absolutely abysmal and ruined the experience for us. It was a chore to get her to explain anything to us and the table service was close to non existent. She kept acting like she was busy and could not fill up our drinks but she disappeared for long periods of time and not serving any of her tables. I did speak to the hostesses when we were leaving and they were very nice about the situation and offered to get the manager for me to speak to. Overall, I think this would be a really nice restaurant to enjoy, but I hope the rest of the servers are not as bad as this one was.

Great selection of beers, and our kids loved their beer too -- Root Beer … GCB makes their own. Wings had homemade sauce incorporating their beer, wife loved her Bánh mì, and kids pizza & spaghetti both had homemade sauces. The Rocky Mtn Ruby, Imperial Red Ale, is a must - I hope they’re entering that into competitions, as it was one best beer that I’ve had in years (and I‘ve had a lot of craft beer). The soup du Jour was a Curry Lentil - it peaked our interest, so wife & I shared - Dang, should have got two, but probably too filling if we had -- So Good! Kids were noting my birthday, so I got a Rocky Mtn Ruby present from the brewery. Even the host noted when we came in, to pick any empty spot - from start to finish, we had the most pleasant time and really enjoyed our dinning (& craft brewery) experience. “Wow,” just “wow!”

This was an amazing choice for lunch. The experience was great from the moment we walked in. The host was polite and ushered us in. Once seated, we were promptly greeted by our waiter who was also exceptional, attentive and informative. We ordered appetizers, tasting flights and mains. The taste of everything was spot on and the timing in which our food made it to the table was amazing. I must extend my compliment to whomever made my Leilani burger. It was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Also very filling. Additionally, the Grizzly Creek Ale was delicious! My only disappointment was it was sold out for canned purchase. Oh, what horror! If I could I’d have it shipped to me. Definitely worth another visit in the future.
