Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool — Attraction in Glenwood Springs

Thank you to your staff for making my visit memorable. I dropped my wallet in the bathroom when changed into my bikini but some kind lady in the ladies room returned my wallet with my ID and credit cards. I was in panic mode the whole evening and got denied checking into my hotel due to having no IDs or credit cards on me for deposit. That was when I discovered my wallet was lost. I returned later after finishing my hiking to Hanging Lake in hoping that some miracle would show up. Atlas, when your cashier pulled out the cabinet and showed the wallet I just asked, my heart burst in joy and my eyes got misty. Everything was like a nightmare but with a miraculous ending. Also, shout out to Kirsten, she let me back into the pool after everything happened and gave me a free towel to end my solo birthday trip on a high note, so I could just breathe and enjoy my last night in Colorado. Glenwood is the 1st hot springs I've ever been to, and it was certainly NOT a disappointment! Depending on where you were coming from, the ride there is absolutely beautiful!! (I'm from South Alabama, so I sure don't see mountains like that around here) All the pools/mineral baths were AUsome! (Especially the 105° pool) There are massage chairs and spray massagers in the 105° pool that are very relaxing. There is a diving board in the 95° 12 ft deep area. The Grill/Restaurant is really my only complaint. The food was not worth the price at all, the employees were not very attentive when taking orders nor in any way prepared for the busyness of the day and getting orders out in a...

Glenwood Hot Springs was a disappointment. We thought they had water slides for the kids so we decided to bring our kids here. Paid our fees, came inside and found out only about 3 pools were opened. Some of the pools were cold and was not enough hot enough to be a hot springs (adult pool area). Parking for a trailer was nowhere to be found. We had to park our trailer at another hot springs and drove our truck over.

Highly recommend you to check another place out if you want something more hot springs like and less commercialize.

Will not come back even if they gave me free admissions!
