On a trip taking some of my brother's ashes to the Colorado river I stayed in Glenwood springs, I walked into this jewelry store and seen this beautiful pendant necklace and bought it to commemorate my brother not suffering any longer. That was 10 years ago, recently I lost one of the stones in that pendant and stopped in to see what it would cost to replace and repair. Her husband was at sturgis and would have to let me know when he returned. So I left my pendant that I hadn't taken off my neck in 10 years. A week or so later I got a phone call from them telling me he replaced the stone and repaired it for nothing. Who does that?
