I am giving this review two stars, only because we have been here before a few times when we visit Granbury and it has been a nice experience. I am, also, giving it two stars because the manager did come out and spoke with us - giving us an apology and a gift certificate. We drove from Plano to Granbury to visit for the Memorial Day weekend, and I had made reservations more than the week ahead of time. When we arrived in Granbury, we even went in two days before our reservation day and confirmed our table. On the day of our reservation, we walked in and there were people already sitting during our reservation time at the table. We asked the hostess what happened with our reservation. After a minute or two of talking with the hostess, a random waitress approached and said 'If we were going to be ugly about it, we could just leave!' We had not been loud while speaking with the hostess, and just wanted to know what happened, and we were wondering what to do as far as eating. The waitress was very loud when she spoke, causing people at a table close by to turn around and look. The manager came out because she had heard the loud words of the waitress. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant, and things would have worked out if that waitress had not been so terribly nasty. It was none of her concern anyway. A manager should be taking care of any problem that came up. I only hope that this was addressed to the waitress.
