The laziest employees. We were in line waiting for the couple in front of us to finish ordering their bowls for a couple minutes. The time was 7:59 and the lady from the back came out and said they were closed. They close at 8pm. We literally were waiting and they didn’t even bother to take our order. When I walked up to complain about how rude it is to close when we were waiting, they proceeded to say they were closed.

Trust me, I get you need to close but when customers are waiting to order before closing time, they need to be honored. We can’t control the fact we needed to wait for customers. The two working tonight were Jessica and Santiago. I will likely not bother to spend money there if those two...

I’m typing this review while I wait for my smoothie bowl and smoothie. I waited for 6 minutes before being acknowledged at the counter. After maybe 3 minutes of me standing there, I asked the one worker I saw if they were open or closed (because it’s about 5:30 on a Sunday, so you never know). She didn’t speak words but just pointed/made a gesture to her fixing a bowl.

I don’t have a problem with the food here but service is 0 (or less). As someone who works hard at the hospital, I would at least expect to be acknowledged at the very least, just like I would if you came to the hospital.

I normally don't write reviews about bad service because I believe everyone has off days. But today 5/30 somewhere around 4:45, 5 pm.. I went to the counter to order. I was told "I'll be right with u" The girl was in the back doing what looked like refilling peanut butter or honey or something... something that should come second to customers. For the next 5 minutes I was not acknowledged again. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a pattern for this location. I left and did not order and as I walked off I made sure I had eye contact with the associate who did not care that I was walking away and said nothing.
