The sheer number of food and beverage items at this cafe deserves at least 4-stars alone. The interior and exterior evoke a comfy but spacious cafe. I ordered the ice chai tea latte which has two chai options; I said I like a spicier chai and the employee kindly recommended one over the other. They utilize strawless-style lids, nice to have the option. I wish I had the time to try it all! Ice-cream, boba, coffee, pastries and sandwiches.. the list goes on and on. Service wasn’t overly warm, they get the job done. Would return again with others to try the diverse menu. The chai was pretty spicy, not too sweet, kept me going for a long trip. It had sediment I wasn’t used to, but didn’t bother me too much.

Nice coffee shop at the northwest corner of The Shops at Greenwood Village shopping center. The espresso based drinks are good. They have some limited breakfast options including prepackaged burritos, muffins and pastry. The macaroni ice cream also sounded interesting. Service was prompt and friendly. As it was busy and there was only one person taking orders and making drinks, there was a short wait for the coffee. Seating at the low top tables was much more comfortable than the high tops for me. There is also outdoor seating. They do have password protected Wi-Fi for guests. There was plenty of parking when I was there.

This is a great coffee shop, with a large tea, coffee and cream selection. The prices were very affordable and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. This coffee shop is unique, it is the first coffee shop I have tried that has a full ice cream parlor, and offers I cream and shakes. The shop is well laid out and provides a great area to study, read or relax. This is a great coffee option compared to many of the large coffee chains. This is a great place to relax and grab a good cup of coffee, tea or ice cream.

This place is an absolute gem! I’ve never sat down to enjoy the inside vibe, but every time I’ve popped in for a drink, it’s been so worth it. Their salted caramel latte is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—made with Himalayan sea salt and whole milk, it's just the perfect combo of sweet, salty, and smooth. Pure delight.

The location is super convenient, and while I usually grab and go, I’ve noticed they have a cute seating area, a community board, and even books you can read while you sip. You can also buy their coffee beans, which is always a plus for at-home brewers. Their drink menu is huge with tons of flavored syrups (including sugar-free!) and multiple milk options for any preference. They even have boba tea!

A couple notes: menu prices can change, you need to spend over $3 to use a credit card, and they don’t accept large bills over $50—but none of that takes away from how good everything is. They also offer pastries, breakfast burritos, and sandwiches, so it’s a great spot to grab something tasty in the morning.

Highly recommend stopping by—especially for that salted caramel latte. You...

I live about an hour away from Milano Coffee but was recently in the area for an all day work event. I arrived early to beat traffic and get some work done. On my trip up to Centennial, I managed to puncture my tire. By the time I got to Milano, it was done for.

A man, whom I am assuming is a regular customer, informed Annie (the owner?) that my tire was really flat. Annie immediately came to tell me. She and a fellow barista proceeded to help me tremendously. After figuring out there was a Discount Tire half way down the road, Annie offered to follow/lead me over there in her car to ensure that my tire didn't blow out completely on the way. Needless to say, her customer service was excellent! I should mention this was at barely 630am!

Although it was a small act of kindness, I appreciated it immensely. I will definitely be visiting whenever I am in the area. I recommend...

This is a great little place with a wide variety of coffee, tea, pastries, and even ice cream! They have a nice selection of boba teas, and are happy to help you select the right drink for you. Today, I went in there needing some caffeine, but didn't know what I wanted for sure. The woman who was helping me asked great questions and let me try a taste of a couple of different options so I could get the exact right drink. They have somewhat limited seating, but it's very comfortable (the arm chairs are perfect for sitting and chatting with a friend). I would definitely recommend this place to a friend who was looking for a casual, laid-back atmosphere; it's a really nice alternative to the overwhelming number of chain-coffee-shops on this...
