Ya'll really need to cut it out about these 5 star reviews. I came to visit my family and she recommended this place. First of all, the building looks in total shambles & that should have been the 1st clue not to go in. My sister assured me the food is so good & to give it shot. So as soon as we went through the door, we were greeted by the smell of old, burnt grease. Someone was at the counter literally cooking. No hair net, no gloves, no nothing. We found a table that was cleaned. My sister ordered a Chicken Philly because she does not eat beef. When her food arrived, she took one bite & immediately got sick to her stomach because it was philly steak & cheese instead. The waitress did apologize & made her another. Meanwhile, a worker walks by pushing a dirty tail mop bucket while the rest of us are eating. The waitress asked if I wanted her to wrap up the half my sister took a bite off since I eat beef. I thanked her & that was that. Before we got up from the table, my niece's bottom lip literally started to swell. She has never in her 16yrs on Earth ever had an allergic reaction to anything. We tell the waitress something in here made her lip swell. The waitress stated that maybe it was the hot sauce that she never touched smdh. So we had to hurry to pay for our food to rush to get her some Benadryl like wth. At the counter, we choking on the old grease smoke & smells. We told the other cashier something in here made her break out. She paid no attention to it and asked if that was all. To make matters worst, I just ate the half of philly sub that you all messed up & now MY BOTTOM LIP IS STILL BURNING AND SWOLL AFTER 2HRS. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED AND YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAME OF YOUR UNSANITIZED HEALTH...
Read moreI used to say there is no such thing as bad pizza. Andrea's Pizza definitely proved me wrong. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese was nicely melted but literally slid off every slice each time I grabbed one. I'd have to eat a slice in 2 parts...a glob of cheese and then a dry piece of bread. The crust was nearly inedible. There wasn't nearly enough sauce. I enjoy local pizza shops but trust me...skip Andrea's and get Domino's curbside.
Update: Just went back to let them know about the issue I had. The MOD did offer to make another pizza but as she was the same one who made it yesterday...I declined. She refused to refund my money because I didn't have the pizza with me. I mean who carries around an uneaten pizza in their car in 90° weather for the 10 hours I was at work today?? I asked to speak to her manager and she very snidely informed me that it was her father and I couldn't talk to him because it was too late. Now I have to go back for the 3rd time on Monday to speak to him during the day...oh wait I work for a living. So I literally just threw $10 in the trash.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY OR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but because I am so disgusted as first time customer, I figured I would save everyone else the hassle . I got there at 7:50pm, online and on the door it states they close at 8:00pm. I pull on the door, and it’s locked, I was thinking maybe for security reasons. It’s dark and semi-late .. as I am do that a worker comes from around the corner, and starts sweeping . So I knocked on the window thinking maybe he didn’t notice me .. as I am knocking, he has a slick smile on his face . Didn’t open the door to ask if I had already ordered or nothing . Just stood there smiling at me . But that time it was 7:55 and I went online to order my pizza. It let the payment and transaction go through, but after sitting in the parking lot till now (currently 8:10) I realized I will not be getting my pizza . Called the app I went through and they also have tried to get ahold of the shop for a refund . But again, nobody answered . So either change your times, or tell your employees to obliged by the hours on the door and online . Even if the food is not being made past a certain time, that needs to be known...
