I’m extremely disappointed by the service at the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the BP gas station. My mother, a loyal Dunkin’ customer, was treated with shocking rudeness at the drive-thru. The sound quality was awful, and when she politely said "hello" after no clear communication, the young lady at the window (petite with black hair) snapped, “I asked what you needed three times!”
We decided to drive around and go inside to speak with a manager, only to be met with more unprofessional behavior. Both the young lady from the drive-thru and a young man inside refused to call or locate a manager. They simply said “the manager is busy,” with no regard for the customer’s concern.
This location clearly lacks basic customer service training. After that kind of treatment, I would never trust them to handle our order. I expect to hear from management about how this will be addressed — this was the worst experience my mom has had at any Dunkin’, and that says a lot.Date of Visit: Sunday, May 4 at 10:38 AM

Read moreEpic failure - I ordered a sandwich, hash browns and coffee. Got to the window, gave my $, got my coffee and then was asked to pull up and they would bring my meal to me. I pulled up at 9am - at 9:15am I got out of my car, went inside and went to the front counter. The front cashier was wiping down the donut case. Took her a few seconds, then put her towel away and then looked at me and said "yes?" (!) I stated that I have been waiting 15 minutes for my order. She said " what did you order(!) I told what I ordered and she walked to the drive thru area, spoke to one of the girls there, was handed a bag and then walked back over to me and just handed me the bag. No " thank you", " sorry for the wait"... nothing!
I get in my car and continue in to work... reach in the bag... sandwich was wet and soggy and the hash browns were cold.
Obviously the food was prepared and I was forgotten. It happens but it is hard to reconcile with the extremely poor service. If the employees cannot be engaged and offer acceptable customer service... tell them go get a job where they can be happy and engaged. Get employees who care... protect...
Read moreOrdered online and as I was pulling up to the speaker it was still loading for payment. I said my name for order and that it’s still processing payment. The guy then proceeded to say “Oh my god, you need to have it paid for before you get up to speaker”. I told him it went through finally and he said “just pull up to the window”. Then they couldn’t even find my order, proceeded to take my order at the window. Showed him my payment confirmation and him and the other lady there both had a major attitude. She was giving me the “stink” eye like I was an inconvenience to her for doing her job. The guy also had an attitude with me when he had to talk to me about my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. They have major attitude problems and it needs to be fixed. I love Dunkin’ but after today and many previous issues with this store, I don’t know if I ever want to visit Dunkin’ again. My drink was made wrong too. I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with coconut milk and I got all coconut milk with a drop of refresher. Thanks for wasting my money. I want my money back for this and an apology...
