Here's a positive review for "Heidi Haus":
A Delightful Taste of Poland in the Heart of Helen â Heidi Haus
If youâre craving authentic Polish cuisine with a cozy, welcoming vibe, Heidi Haus in Helen, Georgia, is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with the warm, rustic charm of an alpine chalet, making it feel like youâve stepped into a European getaway.
The menu is a true celebration of Polish flavors, with every dish crafted to perfection. The pierogies are soft, buttery, and filled with deliciousness that melts in your mouthâdefinitely a must-try! The hearty bigos, Poland's national dish, is full of smoky, savory goodness, perfect for anyone looking for comfort food with depth. And donât miss out on the kielbasaâgrilled to perfection and served with tangy sauerkraut that balances each bite.
The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere feels like a family gathering, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Whether you're a fan of Polish food or trying it for the first time, Heidi Haus delivers an unforgettable experience in a setting as charming as the food is delicious.

Read moreWe went on a Saturday before New Yearâs â so they had a limited menu. Itâs completely understandable though because this area gets really busy over the holidays. I would love to come back and try some other other things, nonetheless we absolutely loved our food! I had the threepeat sausage, my wife had the pierogi with sausage, our friend had the chicken schnitzel. Everything tasted amazing. We had been coming to Helen for a few years and had never tried this place. We immediately regretted not having come here sooner and more often. Everything was so flavorful! Our waitress was really nice and patiently explained all the dishes to us. Our friend had dietary restrictions which meant she couldnât eat pork and our waitress helped us navigate that and make sure that she still got a delicious meal. We are adding this to our list of places that we have to visit when we...
Read moreI was with Don Sowers for the horrible lunch we had. It was obviously reheated, the servings were very small , another party of 4 seated after us where served prior to us. ( We had no issues with any of the other restaurants in the area) There was no bottled watered and the staff didn't offer tap until after we had our meals. The waitress was rude and told multiple customer's she was new , if that is true then your a losey owner to leave her alone on what she said was her first day. Your response is also rude. I don't know who you are referring to as a Karen except yourself considering how your spoke to a customer. As far as meeting the Polish...was that a threat? I really hope for your sake it was not. Dont think your bully ways will scare anyone. I'm so glad u posted that...so many people will now see what...
