Went here twice. First time, the guy working there told my friends and me that they used to have lines wrapping around the block! Lines wrapping around the block for what? For Pizza that falls apart no matter what you do and is an overpriced Pillsbury Dough Floppy Saggy Soggy Disaster Piece Hailing from Grease City that Italians Would Roll in Their Graves Before Even Dying Over? Gordon Ramsey would destroy these people with ease. Anthony Bourdain wouldn't even acknowledge them. Not even Man vs. Food would care about this place. Guy Fieri would surely shake his head at this place. Show me someone who loves food that wouldn't. Wrapping around the block for this? Please, don't do that for this.
Just go to 7 Eleven if your standards are that low. I know when people wrap around the block. It's when everyone is drunk and just needs to eat as much dough as possible suddenly and this place is there and you're vulnerable!
That's all this is!
Anyone can see that!
What a shame this is what a Waikiki Slice is reduced to!
Waikiki Pizza sounds delicious but when you go here the only sounds you will hear are your own moans of painful agony as you sit on or kneel at a toilet soon thereafter eating here inebriated or sober. It doesn't matter. None of this matters! No one cares about anything! That's what this Pizza is. There is only one Pizza worse than this on Oahu and that is Pizza from this place already in a trash can.
I believe it is fair to say the people behind this place and the people who like this place have a knowledge of Pizza that caps at DiGorno, which this is a rip off of! 1.5 One Bite Pizza Review scale. Target Pizza Hut would be better! As well as Red Barron or Costco! This is Pizza for people who have issues with Pizza and seek to punish Pizza for it's capacity to be delicious and amazing works of art. This Pizza is self...
Read moreHonestly, they have decent pizza (albeit, severely over priced). However, lately the service has made this place unacceptable. They have always given off an attitude and never been a customer friendly establishment, that's what you just have to accept when you plan on visiting. However, the last few times have been horrendous. Both times, they had only two types of pizzas ready (they were both slow nights with less than 3 customers waiting at any given time). The last time we visited, they literally only had cheese available. I don't mind waiting, so I asked how long it would be to wait for a pepperoni or pops, the guy looked behind him and said "she makes them and I'm not gonna ask her"... ? She looked in the oven and there was a fresh pepperoni baking, they said 10 minutes... No problem I'll wait. Well 15 minutes goes by and nothing was said. I noticed a customer just walks up and receives a pepperoni slice, I stood by the window and the guy looked right at me and just turned around... So I walked off
Long story short, decent pizza with an attitude. Be sure to stay standing at the window or you might never...
Read moreHave to agree with Jordan about the service and the quality. Terrible attitude when ordering (if you can order); completely disgruntled and seemingly jaded "service." It's not terribly difficult to stand at a window, take an order, take payment, and move on to the next person... or is it?
Stopped by a second time at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. Tried to order a slice and was told they were in the middle of a "shift change" and it would take "a while." Came back at 3:15pm - still in the middle of the changeover. Stopped by at 3:40pm - still changing over. I can't imagine another restaurant or business that only has a single cash register and has to completely halt business to changeover the drawer, but apparently this place is the one.
Slices aren't anything to write home about; it's just convenient....
