Destiny's Bakeshop — Restaurant in Hot Springs

This was my first lunch experience at DESTINY'S and I got the WILL'S CLUB, total price with card was $12.88 (sandwich only). The attendant was very friendly and gave an option of fresh bread choices, I went with white. The sandwich was freshly made and did take a few minutes to be put together. The fresh baked bread was tasty, but seemed a bit dry and hard. The meats and cheese were quality cuts and not the thin processed stuff. The bacon was real, but was a bit hard and crispy for my liking. For the overall quality of the sandwich and the ingredients I would definitely say that DESTINY'S is worth the visit and will come again.

in addition, I chose to try the lunch after my Fiance went yesterday. He does not consume sugar and he tried the SUGAR FREE CUPCAKE for $4.25 before tax. He was so thrilled to find a sugar free option because they are so hard to find; however, he was very disappointed in his small $5 cupcake. He said it was very dry and mediocre.

He also got me a variety of cookies like chocolate chip but they were hard and not satisfying.

New bakery but still offers Will's Cinnamon rolls! This place has everything. I had the muffins and cake in a cup. The carrot cake was delicious, not too sweet or too rich but just right! It was full of delicious walnuts, raisins, carrot and not from a box! It was high quality ingredients. I could taste a hint of maple too. This bakery really knows how to bring the flavor. The woman who helped me was nice, focused, hard working so I knew this place meant business and it really shows in the product. Will's always had high quality products made from scratch and Destiny's appears to be carrying that same torch. They offer delicious Red Light Roastery coffee too. Two coffees! Honduras blend and I think Ethiopian Yirga Chefe. They also have cold coffee. The coffee is affordable. The pastries are a good price. I think the cake in a cup is maybe five or six dollars but it's more than I can eat so it carries over to...

On the windows it says cinnamon rolls. This place was famous for their enormous cinnamon rolls for years. Not any more. According to the teenaged person apparently forced to work there, they are now under new management and they only make cinnamon rolls when the owner feels like making them. Ok. Little misleading. But there was a bad vibe probably due to bad customer service. We considered ordering a coffee and something else but the ambivalent attitude of the lady behind the counter literally made the decision for us. So three adults left hungry versus spending one cent in that place.
