Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Houston

Kimberlyn was the most rude grumpy manager/ cashier, dry attitude , mono tone like hurry up I’m inconveniencing her as our order is taken, I go to pay look up she’s gone , not a single word and I don’t even have all my order , but she can smile from a distance to the line worker when making smart comments, the entire restaurant had trash on the floors and trash cans haven’t been changed the entire day with no clean tables and no place for trash and it wasn’t after a normal rush hour either, the pinto beans and black beans literally looked they sat the entire day so it did not look like food was being turned out , had no red salsa , no chicken , like dirty empty bins as if filled once for the day and that’s it, I’m upset to even spend the inflated 60$ on such a bad experience, I will never ever go to this location again, we come to the galleria for LV and Chanel and will definitely be skipping them- I would look for new management I’m just saying ..I was a fool to see the product , accept the demeanor and even stay and eat but it’s my sons favorite place, I can’t explain in words...

At last! Chipotle has come to the Houston Galleria and guess what?! Complete disappointment.

Located in the main food court level in front of the ice skating ring and in-between Salata & Sbarro's. The dining area is hella small, hardly any seating available to dine in so take that good good to-go!

Expect long lines because its bumpin'.. Every single day. If you're high-tech and can handle ordering through the Chipotle app I highly recommend you do that to expedite the service.

My biggest issue with this location is their stinginess with all of their ingredients. Like OMFG can I please get a full scoop of damn brown rice at least? Seriously. I always get a bowl when I visit Chipotle, and by the time I am at the end of the food line that bowl is stuffed. That's not the case at this location. They give you a pinch of rice, a pinch of meat, and a pinch of etc. -- NOT COOL. And if you ask for extra, you bet your ass you'll get charged extra.

To top it off, they don't serve their famous Patron Margaritas. I'm done!! At least Chilis down the...

My family goes to Chipotle all the time and we chose to go to this location because it was close yesterday. But I would have rather just waited and went to the one I know is good. When we walked in all of the tables were dirty with food caked on them. Stuff was smeared all over the door windows going to the bathroom so it didn't really feel like a clean place. The person making the food was giving the smallest portions possible and she was very rude, it was ridiculous. They rushed everything. I had to order a quesadilla on the app to get it for my child. So we sat and waited for the quesadilla meal after ordering a burrito, a bowl, 3 bags of chips, 4 milks and waters in line. All of the food was cold and the quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted.
